Level 70 Protection Warrior Solo: Anduin Wrynn (Normal Difficulty)

Item level 484, Prophetic Stonescale and Fyrakk's Tainted Rageheart trinkets.
The fight will reset if you stand in the sword AoE and go downstairs, but staying upstairs gives The Lich King a HUGE buff for the intermission. It was messy, but I kited the King a bit and ran the hell away from the minions until the phase ended, since you can't self-heal while they're alive.
