    Some people start talking gibberish when they get older. Ramesh seemed to get more adept at putting forward his "concept" the older he got. Some of his final talks are his best but at any age he was always fascinating to me. What a privilege to listen to this man. Such a great orator and gentle spirit. We could do with a few more like him but I don't think they come round that often. I'm just grateful to have heard this "concept" explained by such a witty and excellent speaker. Although I'm sure he'd take no credit and claim that God/ Source made him do it. ☯😁

      He was good at counting money and then tried to pay for it through spirituality.

    Ramesh said here that:- 35:11 For a sage, both separateness and oneness exist as part of the duality of life. 33:42 Oneness lies in the total, unconditional acceptance that all our differences (separateness) are only in appearances. Underneath, there is a total acceptance that it is the same consciousness, or source, or God, [that is] functioning through everyone. If somebody's action hurts 'me', then it is God's will, and the destiny of this body-mind organism to be hurt. Acceptance of this is 'oneness'.

    Ramesh said at 35:28 to 37,50 :- Accept that samsara (the issues of your physical lives) are the waves in the ocean, and that the depths of the ocean is nirvana. When you get tossed about by the waves [of life], it is 'me' - the ego. So all you have to do, if you are able, is to go slightly deeper into the ocean, where it is found that no one is the 'doer' of any actions. With this realisation, you can never hate others. No expectations - no wants.

      I am not really concerned about what any particular person BELIEVES. You may believe that there is an old man with a white beard perched in the clouds, that the Ultimate Reality is a young blackish-blue Indian guy, that the universe is eternal, that Mother Mary was a certifiable virgin, or that gross physical matter is the foundation of existence.
      The ONLY thing that really matters is your meta-ethics, not your meta-physics.
      Do you consider any form of non-monarchical government (such as democracy or socialism) to be beneficial?
      Do you unnecessarily destroy the lives of poor, innocent animals and gorge on their bloody carcasses?
      Do you believe homosexuality and transvestism are moral?
      Do you consider feminist ideology to be righteous?
      If so, then you are objectively immoral, and your so-called "enlightened/awakened" state is immaterial, since it does not benefit society in any way.

    Can I please ask, something I don’t understand -
    Ramesh tell us to make a decision but not to expect a particular outcome as it’s all down to god’s grace/plan as to what will happen (ok that’s cool get that)
    But then he states that there is no chooser, no thinker, no doer - get that too great.
    But what gets me is, if there is no doer who makes the decision because you could call the entity making the decision the chooser or the doer??
    Please help, am I missing something?

    • @silentobserver6908
      @silentobserver6908 3 года назад +3

      "Who makes the decision". There is not an entity that makes a decision. Just that the activity of decision-making happens. There is no doer, only doing. There is no chooser, only choosing. In other words, decision-making is just the activity of the body-mind organism. You can sort of think of it as pre-programmed process. It simply occurs. It's only after the decision is made that thought comes in and says "I did that" and forms some story about a doer doing the action or making the decision.
