16:58 There are a Few of them ladders dotted about those woods. I think they are some sort of shooting spotters point, hence all the shotgun cartridges everywhere. I think that one may be from the south side of the woods as it is the best conditioned one. I climbed up it a few years ago 😅
Great video , the "ladder/" is a deer stalkers/hunters high seat , there is another vent shaft that IS fenced off where it has just sunk down about 40ft
It was quite dry in either end ! Luckily it was a hot day ! So it was dry as a bone ! I’ve heard it can get bad up to like 12 feet in bad weather ! Dangerous but good tunnel this one !
Very interesting, just a pity the vegetation covers a lot of the ground I reckon there is a lot more hidden under there. Again excellent coverage and well researched.

Great video mate! I was in the other end recently, but I've always assumed this end was flooded, and it looked too boggy to even risk climbing down!
