I got hired as a Bartender at a dead hotel disco . When we got a new manager the first thing he did was change a rule so that the other employees of the hotel could come into the bar when they were off the clock and out of their employee uniforms even if they were only going to drink a coke . Overnight our business exploded . He knew how important it was to have people in the bar to attract other people . Nobody will go into or stay in a bar with nobody else in it . Especially a disco style bar . He was a very smart manager and he made the hotel a lot of money . The crazy part was when he got hired to be the manager he wasn't even old enough to drink !
1:15:22 How do you calculate break-even? To calculate the break-even point in units use the formula: Break-Even point (units) = Fixed Costs ÷ (Sales price per unit - Variable costs per unit)
Thank you all so much for all your wonderfull spirit and awesomeness in provideing this great delightfull insight in to the world of bar business managment you guys and girl are legends and every single great positive word that exist in english language.
@@damon6717 personally i've been on the path of putting myself into a position where there is money around and showing off what i can do. AKA doing high level bartending at a high level place in the hopes of attracting the people with the $. seems like theres a lot of different ways though...
I want to run a bar, but I'm concerned about safety issues. Like what happens when you go to close up late at night, and there's people waiting outside to jump you and stuff like that? Also, what about cash transport...do I need to have a Brinks cash pickup service or something like that?

imagine bringing a full bottle of really expensive whiskey to a convention that you talk at just to have it sit there and never take a shot
Imagine thinking that it’s appropriate to take “shots” of any whiskey, or that the whiskey shown is particularly expensive

That's why you gotta add stuff be more imaginary add a smoking session in the back add a game room nd dance floor
The fella who asked the first question should’ve been asked to leave. They covered the question of “attaining capitol” at the beginning.
