I live in a shopping mall where they are only allowed to unload and load in the morning. The air will never be the same, I used to hear my parents say it, if you were sick you could eat healthy now you can't anymore But I do my best to eat as healthy as possible, and to walk my dog as healthy as possible. Dr. Mandell, I can testify that all these tips work. I didn't realize how bad my lungs were till I stopped with the sugar and salty foods. Then doing some of your other tips like getting that essential vitamin D. The progress has been slow but worth it. Thank you Dr.

Gas cooking stoves is a hazard. Always have your vent on high when cooking. Use unscented candles only. Actually, scented candles over a period of time will corode the sheet rock screws or nails. The corrosion will seep through the sheet rock, leaving dark circles if you do not have a primer "sealer."

Dr., I make Mullein tea, and it definitely helps. My son has Mullein growing in his yard. If people knew the health benefits of this weed, they would not mow/cut it down. My son dries the weed, crumbles it up, and smokes it. The result is WOW! I dehydrate the leaves. What do you think?
