Love the Tarp "interpretation"! Never thought of using a screen mesh though. Good idea. Good job on the vents too. David
I've had this screen since just shortly after deciding to do this build. I've been thinking about it for a long time. LOL. Thanks for tuning in this week and for the kind words.
Kenny, ok, now you have done it!! The “extras” are definitely putting it over the top. Looking forward to seeing what is next.
Glad that you liked it Paul. I've been toying with that canopy for quite a while on this one. Thanks for tuning in sir.
The dump Cover mechanism is a brilliant upgrade! Fan-freaking-tastic!!!!!!!! I'm surprised that you didn't somehow figure out a retracting spring device to even go a step further. I love what you have done and I understand completely how adding little facets of "reality" to the models is a fascinating way to go. Thank you for another great show this week. WOW!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the kind words on the project. I appreciate you chiming in with your comment and I also appreciate you tuning in to the show this week.
Sometimes I'm wondering how I made a particular part. I liked to see how you made that 1/2 dowel. Thanks for making this serie.
Just a simple lathe turning Jan. Thanks for tuning in to the show.
Hi Kenny, good idea with the cover, well done. Enjoy the break from making the trailer.
I'm not taking a break yet Philip. But I will be when the dump truck is done. I'm thinking one more week to finish up the truck and then we will change things up for a bit. Thanks for tuning in.
As always Kenny, magnificant. looking forward to the trailer build. I am learning a lot going ahead with the truck-build.
Can I get some signal when you start on the trailer?
The truck build still has one more show to go before it is finished Peter. The regular woodworking shows will be aired until the trailer build starts up again and that should be around the middle of June. I hope this helps. Thanks for tuning in to the show.
Thats a bit of work getting that part functional. hope you are still enjoying doing it. you are verry good at this Kenny.
Thanks for the kind words William. I am still enjoying the build but I am looking forward to getting back to regular programming and projects on the show. Thanks for tuning in.
That canopy is a great addition. It's really coming together.
We are definitely in the home stretch now Mark. Thanks for tuning in and for the kind words.
I am looking forward to the mirrors. You do details with great skill.
You won't have long to wait. I hope you are enjoying the series. Thanks for tuning in.
Coming so great, Thanks for another episode Ken.
Glad that you like it Marcelo. Thanks for tuning in.
Another fantastic video. I love the idea of mesh cover.
I'm quite pleased with the way it worked out also. Thanks for tuning in to the show.
Loving the outcome, the fly screen canopy will look awesome when the model is complete. Maybe a Z type handle on one side to roll the canopy up. See you on alternate Tuesday 😁🇦🇺
The Z type handle is a good idea but it may look a little out of place on the model in my opinion Troy. Thanks for tuning in to the show this week.
I recon if anyone could make a small handle from timber to fit on the end “you’re the man” 😁
This build just keeps getting better.
Glad that you liked it. Thanks for tuning in
That screen was a great idea
