G Truesdale the original song is what the Super Best Friends used for the intro of their “Friday Night Fisticuffs” series. They’ve since broken up over a year ago due to the 2 original members no longer being friends. It’s really sad.
I just love that they could have gone out with Smash Ultimate (love Smash or hate it that's a huge game) but "no we'll do that next week". And then they go out on a shitty panty fighter that doesn't even work. Somehow it's the most fitting ending ever.

Of all the people on the internet that make video game covers, you are by far the most awesome for covering this song. CvS2 is one of my favorite games of all time. And this version of that song sounds amazing on top of it.

I think a lot of people remember it plenty well, but not many tournaments have it anymore because it's only played on an old system (PS2 and Dreamcast are the only home versions that have roll cancels, which are hard to learn and essential to high-level play, but there's also Gamecube netplay with Dolphin, sans roll cancelling).
