Im extremely grateful the spirit led me to Apologia.. My faith has grown tremendously since I've have found Apologia Church and Jeff Durbin.. God is using this man to change my life..
i believe the rapture is close. this message is so powerful along with Jeff's other messages telling us to preach the gospel. its time to be bold! im going to start witnessing. something i havent done In Years...
The Convergence I’ve actually learned a lot from Apologia on the end times. Look up “postmillennialism” on google, RUclips, or in a study Bible. I’m still learning about this myself.
@@Rinebo We have a few non-essential disagreements, but he has clarified some things I couldn't reconcile in scripture. When it comes to eschatology I tend to believe most of what John MacArthur says only because it's seems more in line with scripture. Still and always will be learning myself!
Yes GOD does whatever HE pleases; but don't forget psalm 82; and don't forget Matthew 25:31-46. What are we doing to further the Kingdom. With starving people, impoverished people, occults, people serving other gods, human trafficking, people sacrificing their children- we have to do good works to glorify our FATHER in Heaven.
@@josephpieterse8592 sometime after the rapture, yes there will be a physical return. I would recommend reading through revelations when you have some free time. It's a fascinating read if you haven't already.
@@josephpieterse8592 Acts 1.11 New International Version “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”
I like Jeff Durbin and his teaching on post-millennialism and an optimistic eschatology is true indeed. However, there's some disappointing things in this sermon like his misapplication of a couple of scriptures and an almost worship of a fasle teacher like James White. I am neither Calvinist nor Arminian because both theologies are scripture-twisting heresies. It's good that Jeff is a post-millennialist and doesn't seem to let his Calvinism ruin his evangelistic efforts and his responsibility that he has been given like all believers to go out and make a difference for the kingdom of God. (Yes, things can actually be different by our efforts! What a concept!) Btw, I used to be a Calvinist. And yes, as I stated, Arminianism is heresy as well. So as long as he doesn't let his unbiblical, Platonistic, satanic, deterministic, Calvinistic, heretical nonsense get in the way of his evangelistic efforts then that is a good thing. At least Jeff seems to be evangelistic. The kingdom of God is going to become so good before Christ comes back that mostly all erring Christian brothers who identify as Calvinists and Arminians will repent of teaching error and believe biblical truth! In that we can rejoice!! The Kingdom is growing and truth is dispelling error. Praise God!!
A calvinist is certainly pursuing evangelism. We are commanded to spread the world and reach all creatures. The fact that God is the one who choses who's eyes He opens doesn't take that away. It intensified it. We cannot know who will be elected. We are to be the tool. God tells us. Since we cannot know who is or isn't destined for damnation we assume to continue in God's direct will to preach to ALL creatures as God will use His creatures to be the tool by which He opens eyes and ears. Seems like you've been turned away from that somehow to where you don't understand it. If you believe the idea God choses who's eyes are opened and who is going to be taken or left behind is evil you need to explain better why that is instead of spewing your trash all over a pastor of God.
Cycles do occur in nature. That doesn't effect God's sovereignty nor the fact he is outside of time. I fundamentally disagree with the assertion of linear progression outside of the covenant being built with humanity.
Sad I think we all need to turn back to the Bible and give it its authority back and not use Calvin or Luther or any other reformer to specify what the Holy Bible teaches now I understand what they mean but before any of the reformers were... Wonderful. Thank you.
Wow! This was so well spoken.
I did, I'm equipped, I give Christ the glory.
There are two laws, love God and love your neighbor. How do we love God?

Don't tell us what others aren't. Tell us what you are and why.
I am not sure as to the message, here..
