In this video ill be taking you on my first flight AKA "Supernumerary flight " a flight where new joining crew will be given a chance to be in the flight deck to observe during sterile critical phase of flight normally below 10,000 ft or (take off and landing).
In addition to that your performance can be observed and feedback obtained in order to identify any further training needs prior to your first operational flight.
