The wrong place to build 😊 find a flat peace of land that isn't on a hillside or nearby shifting grounds I was born April 1974 and raised in orem Utah and the Utah County was very undeveloped in that area wher your house is but since the growth of eagle mountain Utah and west Lehi all the good ground has been built on find land in the middle of Lehi not out on the new undeveloped land in the west north of Lehi or around the Utah lake 😉
I saw no discussion of any personal responsibility of their having bought a bad piece of land and then asking a builder to build on it. 1) they made a large investment to buy land with great views but with poor soil to build on. 2) they then asked the builder to build on this lot with poor soil 3) they builder's Soil Tester Person must have missed what they also missed... that this was really bad soil to build on (both are at fault) 4) the builder seems to have done their best to resolve a problem with the soil UNDER the built house (not easy) I don't see how the Home Builder (Toll Brothers) is the offender here. I also don't see how they are the victims. We all make bad choices and have to pay the price for their consequences. What am I missing here, if anything? (obviously, a great deal of important details are not included in this clip)
4 YEARS !!!
THEN THE HOUSE IS A PILE OF CRAP.
SUE THE BUILDER & GET YOUR MONEY BACK !!!
Wrong place for a house, sue the city that approved the permits on unstable ground
