I live in a 55+ low income.I live on SSI and only get maybe a seven dollar rise every year.The rent goes up 15.I had to cut my cable down to only basic,have to keep it for house phone.Cell doesn't work here.Go to every food bank and give aways just to supplement my food.

You did right girlie 👍 that home defense is the truth! I use it for spiders, I use it inside and outside my house. Spray around your windows inside your house and doors. Spray under your sinks and anywhere else you think they come in at. I love home defense!! 😊

I feel stuck and unable to save money to get a car even with working 6 days a week 2 jobs and im single with no kids. I have car anxiety every time I drive my car cause it's old, '06 cause that's old now, almost 20 years even though 06 feels like yesterday. I just appreciate your relatability. I felt that when you had the thought of- you can't stay there- and all that comes with that thought. I get it. We're good people, we do good we work hard. But life is still a struggle just to be comfortable. You just have to look at the good things. Be grateful for how far you've come and trust that you will be OK cause you know you and you make it through everything, right? Also, once again with the cleaning motivation! I just vacuumed my room after watching your video and sweated like a pig the whole time LOL! ❤ Thanks for the honesty, I personally be much appreciate it 🌞
Awww! Well yeaaahh for the cleaning motivation. I don’t ever “feel” like cleaning up but I I’ve how it feels afterwards 😂 and I feel you! People without kids struggle to live comfortably too! You are right though, just stay the course and stay grateful for what you have! It could always be worse. Try not to have anxiety with your car, you don’t want to put those vibrations out. I know it’s not an easy thing to do but just work on correcting those thoughts when you have them. We have to put out the energy we want back even when we don’t want to bring more stress and anxiety into our lives! 💚 and with the saving money even if it’s just $5 over time it will add up, just save what you can and cut back on expenses that are not necessary!

tip for the DE: it works by attaching to bugs and drying them out over a few days. It works w just about all bugs that are hard on the outside. more isnt better though because they just go around, so dustings are better. Almost where you cant see it. It also doesnt work once wet. youve got all the right tools so I think youll have some peace of mind soon. best of luck

Wow! That is a massacre! Those roaches were not prepared! You will have to redo the outside after every rain. I am doing the same thing at my place because we have a lot of trees and spiders. You are doing a great job! Don't get discouraged! 🥰

The bugs are dead when you find them, that’s a good sign! I’d say reapply weekly and after every rain. Unfortunately you have to be diligent when management is doing nothing about the infestation.

I totally relate to your video. I had to go full blown exterminator when I moved into my section 8 apt. I caulked 90% of the baseboards & other cracks, sprayed everywhere inside. I used Terro outside for all other bugs & it’s been working. I even buy mosquito dunks from Amazon to keep mosquitoes away from my entry & patio area.

One thing I’ve learned is that it doesn’t matter how clean you are if your neighbors are nasty the bugs will come straight to you. But also have you tried boric acid? It really works. I also learned bugs like heat so check behind your refrigerator and where you have plugs especially if you have those pluggers with all the plugs(I can’t for the life of me think of the name) 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

You need to call the board of health Cockroaches in the home environment are a health hazard not only because of the risks posed by cockroach antigens to asthma sufferers, but also because they can carry disease-causing germs and because some of the methods traditionally used to eliminate them cause additional health hazards. I did some research on this you have every right to call . I would tel management if they did not get someone out there you are calling They are to spray every 3 to 4 months according to the Board of Health . My heart goes out to you ! Hang in their I will be praying for this !

Your house will be well insulated. There’s also insulation tape/weather sealing tape for around the door.
BTW What the Lowe’s guy was saying is if it’s a hole use the foam and if you want to do a line like the cracks on the floor and outlets use caulk. Too late now though 😂. I hope it works. If it works it’s well worth it.
The bug that I saw that sent me to Lowe’s I seen it try to squeeze into a space that I had already caulked up!!! 😩😩😠😠 So the caulk wasn’t enough, or I ain’t do it right idk either way it can’t get through now! And I did go crazy with the foam 😂😂 when a woman’s fed up 🤣😭😭💚

The key word to deal with them devil bugs are consistency , change up your attack methods and clean , clean , clean, no water or food left for them. They love cardboard and bag up all important things, paperwork until you get them gone. 😢 I know how your feeling . Ugh neighbors 😞

You're not alone sweetheart, this happened to me at my condo in the past when a neighbor abandoned their unit and left a bunch of trash in her apartment. Then I had to spend hundreds on Orkin to come spray every month. It's so stressful!! But you are obviously such a good mother and trying so hard. I'm sorry that you had to spend so much money on pest control. Definitely complain about this landlord to your town health department!! My heart was in my throat when you opened that door!! The landlord is negligent! There are unsealed gaps, missing bricks that the landlord should be fixing. Also pests are attracted to water sources. If the landlord is not maintaining the gutters on the roof or not fixing leaky faucets that will attract bugs. Get on lists for some other apartments! I'm praying for you, please believe and know that!

I’m a homeowner and that’s what I use twice a year! It works well for inside and outside! Kills all the spiders in the fall and ants in the spring! However, the ants in the back yard were bold this year! So I got the ant traps!!! I hate bugs of any type!!! Hope God helps her with her fight!!!

My advice go to your local feed store are lows and ask them for the roach powder that smells like 2 weeks old collar green it's the top of the line yes it stinks but it runs them off all bugs for about 3 years and then u see some in that time put down More please got as for this you will be pleased no shaded❤❤🤗👍

One thing about DE be careful if your children have shellfish allergies because it's powdered shellfish remains. I used it once and my son's face swelled up. The big ones try to get in full force in extreme heat. I literally had to beat one back that was trying to get into the garage. They also like pine trees. I bought a sprayer from Lowe's and order professional strength pesticide from Amazon that mix with water. I spray the entire outside of the house and that controls them.

My aunt had new management at her apartment that refused to spray and ended up getting a bad roach infestation. I found a video by “JT Fuller” and it’s titled “A Must See - Get Rid of Roaches/Bugs For Good”. The comments were awesome. I gave the recipe to my aunt and she found dead roaches all over her apartment. It’s consists of 4 cooked egg yolks, 1/2 cup boric acid, and 1/2 cup sugar. Mix well and sit out. Watch the video for more detail. Also, get the little puff device for the diatamaceous (sp?) earth and take off light switch and out covers and do a few puffs inside. They crawl through these from other apartments. Praying for much success for you. I had an ant issue and it drove me nuts. Discovered they were coming up through an air vent. Killed them all!!

That home defense is gold. Take everything out cabinets especially the bottom and spray all corners. Same with closets and baseboards. It may not kill on contact but they will die.

You can take a knife and trim that foam (bumpy)down that way it will look clean instead of being visible to the eye. The seal will still remain it’s just you’re getting rid of the excess foam. Be careful with the floors because they’re designed to expand and contract with the weather if to tight they will buckle on you and will need to be replaced. The foam is good but use it carefully. Spray weekly until you see a slowdown and then spray once a month. You’ll be fine 🙏🏽❤️😊
I started to trim the foam down but that looked just as bad to me. At this point I don’t even care how the apartment looks. I just want peace. Thank you for the tips though. I’ll keep my eye out for any changes when the weather changes. 💚

The same thing happened to me in my previous place with new neighbors moving in. I did the home defense and foamed all under my sinks. I would only see one every once in a while. My cat would be on night patrol as they loved the kitchen. 😂 they moved and the problem went with her. I finally moved but it's crazy cause you have to stay vigilant. Praying for you sis.

you've got this! when we moved into our house that sat empty for a long time (a hud property, i don't know why it took them so long to get a family into it), we had to do this whole battle because the bugs thought it was their place to dwell. the de works wonders, so does peppermint oil in water in a spray bottle for other bugs and both of these are pet and people safe, which is a double win imo

With DE get a baby nose cleaner and take out everything from cabinets and use the DEarth and use it for a thin line in the corners and cracks of the cabinets. This works way better than that boric acid they push. The roaches are immune to it. then put the gel in corners of the cabinets and under the refrigerator because they like heat to multiple. Where your dishes are put contact paper or a hand towel after you wipe the main part of shelf. They also sell food grade DE as well that does the same thing they sell at Lowes or Home depot. get a sharp razor from dollar tree and trim the foam also with white paint and paint the trim over the foam. They sell samples at Lowes or home depot cheap just ask about it. On the inside spray the windows and all along the inside of door and under stove and fridge.

Girl, listen...first of all, you need to contact whatever company makes that stuff and they need to PAY you as a testament to the effectiveness of their product because that was some craziness! 😱 From my mouth to God's ears 💰💰. As hard as it is, just try to remember this is just stepping stone so you just keep on manifesting and let God work. What I was struck by in this video (other than the audacity of people thinking it's okay for folks, esp children, to have to live in an environment dealing with stuff like this) was your perseverance, determination, and strength. Yes, this wasn't the most positive situation, but it shows what kind of person you are and how you approach EVERYTHING in life, good and bad--you are going places 💙🩷💛😇

These dead bugs are a sign of success 💪🏽 those bugs ran out of the walls and died on the pavement, imagine the ones you slaughtered in the walls. I believe the worst is over! Also the system is a trap however you recognize it and are proactive which is all that God requires. You take action, and have faith like Moses (peace be upon him) when he put his staff in the sea, God will continue to guide. 💐 Taking pictures is a great idea plus insisting on reimbursement.
