Brother, static bypass is not voltage stabilizer I think. Please 🙏 check again and reply if possible. STS-Bypass and STS-Inverter, other your point is ok.

Exactly your are right, don't mislead sir. Static switch only use for transfer the ups power to critical load within 4 ms.
