Thank you, Brendon. I am really happy that the first comment on a video I made was an encouraging one. I hope this weekend finds you feeling good and enjoying life.
For me it's easier to be consistent at home, and that's the key. I keep a regime without any equipment, but of course it requires some knowledge and commitment
Nice Intro, especially for people who are a little shy around others in regards to the Gym and dont have bags of money spare to buy expensive equipment. Great video Mark, looking forward to your next video!
Dope Stuff, bruh- this channel is an awesome idea, you have an awesome energy about you and I'm sure with enough time you'll be able to inspire a lot of people. Exactly like training, just make sure you try to improve 1 aspect of your videos every time you post, pick a variable and be intentional about making it better- and remember that a black belt is just a white belt that didn't gave up, you got this, bruh!
Wow. I am awe-struck to see an encouraging comment from the Potato man. I have learned so much from you and you are responsible for me deciding to go to a physiotherapist to have a back problem looked at, last year. I read your material on Quora a few times, just about every week. I doubt I will ever have the depth of knowledge you have, but I will keep trying. You have fired my enthusiasm and I very much like your idea about trying to improve one thing at a time. I will work at it, hard. :)
@@TripleMHimself Whoaaa, dude, what a small world, I'm a bit shocked that you're aware of my content tbh HAHAHA but absolutely stoked that it helped you! Like I've said, you have a great energy, if you commit to the grind of making content, I think you have what it takes to make something awesome with it. GET AFTER IT, BRUH! STAY ON THE IRON PATH! HAHAHA Big KISS THE POTATO MAN
Not bad for your first video, bud. My local 24/7s are about £20 each but they have Planet Fitness vibes and attract some idiots. I ordered a 50kg set of old-style spinlock adjustable dumb bells with a barbell connector extension so I can phase out some of my gym days, at least for a while. It was about £150 but a lot of sellers want £200 for a single 32kg dial-shift adjustable dumb bell. It's madness. If I had space I'd get a proper barbell and plates off Facebook marketplace. Sometimes you'll see people selling their old sets for mad cheap.
Good shit, dude, like Triple M said, you can start with anything, just a bit of space, just remember consistency is the key to progress, and get after it!
Thank you. I really appreciate it. The prices for just about everything have shot upward with not much sign of going down. I did notice that plates from Powerhouse Fitness; a budget choice, I know, have gone back down to about £2 per kilo, whereas for a while they were £4 per kilo. It's good to hear about prices around your way. It confirms that the local one I mentioned is a very bad choice. Cheers.
Great video x 😊
keep up the good training brother

I love this! I'm a martial artists bin training for 19 year's. And I enjoy training at home more than at a gym.

Much appreciated, Martin. I hope they will get much better, very soon. There will be a lot more home exercise stuff coming up. 😀
Don't change man, I'm gonna watch this channel and see it through, realy enjoyed the video and jeep up the training and advice !
Hell yeah, this dude is awesome hahaha
Thank you, Jonathan. I make you a personal promise that they will get much better. :)

Ok but what IF... the aliens come up, instead of down and steal my punchingbag?
Can you make another video about it?
You certainly have me thinking about the differences that would make. Let's see. 🤔
