- Gardening, cooking, knitting, reading. We all have hobbies. But some people pursue more unique pastimes. Like what? Well, some win more claw machine prizes than they know what to do with, set world records for running backwards and travel great distances just to do laundry with other spin-cycle obsessives. Others collect milk bottles even though they don’t like milk and marvel at the circular intersections known as roundabouts. And you know what? Doing all of these things makes them really happy and enriches their lives. And that’s what hobbies are all about.

The laundry guys look exactly how I imagined they would, but damn, that was strangely wholesome.
Thats actually pretty cool they are collecting washing machines. It's like collecting cars but cheaper lol.

I backwards run sometimes and this makes me happy because now I know I’m not alone
I remember in middle school I had a problem with my knee from playing a lot of football. I’d heard somewhere that running backwards would help, so I decided one lunch break to do it. Afterwards as I had sat back down in the classroom, I felt something changing in my knee. I don’t know what it was but something was changing position. After that I never felt any pain in that knee!

I once emptied a claw machine at a local amusement park with my friend. We were like 12 at the time. The next time we came back, they had loosened the grip on the claw so that it was pretty much unwinnable.
