I love how you advertise your products without pushing them on the viewers. You make it clear that we don’t HAVE to have them to succeed. It’s so respectful of the people that can’t afford them
I totally agree! She's just honest and understanding that not every person can afford to buy extra things at this point in their budget journey. And that honesty builds trust between her and her viewers and actually makes me trust that her products are worth it!
Love the budgeting tips! I already do so many of these things but love to see a different perspectives! I love that you recommend budgeting in the things at want to do( basically what keeps us motivated in a way) and you’ll never go over budget! We have been tighter on money( only debt is our mortgage) and so I haven’t been giving me and hubby that but I totally just need to make it a priority!
Budgeting by week and not my the month is my favorite tip! I feel like a month is so overwhelming and it’s so hard to figure out how much we need for a month. Going by a week makes so much sense!
I took your advice for multiple savings accounts a while back. We do auto transfers so we don't even notice the money! Now we have a good size personal savings as well as savings for our children and a few desired large purchases.
Hi, there! I am really wanting to start this up next month. However, I am struggling understanding the "other" account. What would be my husband's responsibility/amount (most everything is auto pay, so he would not have much to spend on beyond personal fun money). How did you split that up and the amount for each person? Thank you in advance!
Yup I watched that video too and I’ve never had more personal savings in my life! Each of my kids has 2 savings accounts, 1 for college saving and 1 for car saving. I have 2 savings accounts, 1 for short term saving and 1 for long term/emergency saving. I have another savings for home imp/car maintenance, I have a savings for when my student loans are out of deferment, I have a debit card just for beauty related purchases, like pedicures, eyebrows, or hair. I have an account that I only pay bills out of and my debit is for me to buy anything I want ... but if it’s a pedicure or something, I use the debit beauty card.
The 5 Big Tips: 1. Keep it Simple (complexity is hard to sustain) 2. Budget Weekly (instead of monthly) 2A: Be Frugal with Weekly Choices 3: Open at Least 7 Bank Accounts (keep your money subdivided) 4: Use A Budget Planner (keep track of everything physically) 5: Budget in Some Spending Money (keep realistic expectations and be accountable)
Why 7 bank accounts? Im 18 and I currently have two I believe and I'm slowly trying to learn how to budget better and better (this year has been SO hard lol, i used to be so great at saving) just wondering what the reasoning is
As a 26 year old who loved finance videos when I was your age too, my advice, DO NOT get into credit card debt!! Never spend your future money. I’m still trying to get this right lol
The best thing I did was listen to the adults and learn from their mistakes. The best advise about establishing credit was buying a starter piece of the expensive furniture I wanted for a home some day instead of a car. Choose a China cabinet that doubled as an entertainment unit until I could afford the dinning table. Had the cabinet for twenty plus years. If I would have chosen the car it would have only lasted a few years and cost more. Also did an old fashion hope chest. Started buying basics for a home. A good set of cookware, etc. Hope this information helps you make more good decisions for your future.
Take it from a 35 year old, definitely start from the very beginning living this way. You will KILL it as an adult if you do. Life will be so much easier.
Budgeting by week and only using 2 categories even though I am paid monthly is a game changer for me mentally! It has definitely helped save more and feel like i have just enough flexibility to feel sorta normal during my big debt payoff journey.
I always do "no spend September" each year. No spending that isn't groceries, gas, bills, etc. Basically no extra spending and NO Amazon lol. This year I ended the month with enough extra money to pay off my husband phone, thus lowering our monthly bill😀 I love to set a different financial goal for each month! I also put $40 cash in my wallet each month, if I want a Starbucks, soda, etc. I have to use that cash, once it's gone it's gone. It works great because thay stuff adds up fast!!
My favorite tip is to keep everything organized on one envelope. I’m a visual person and it really helps to see my budget in one place watching your budget videos and productivity videos make me sooo motivated! And I’m 22, and this is valuable information for especially my age where saving money and being smart is really important for me to set up a life I will love

I love the simplification of weekly budgets. Not having 30 envelopes and trying to keep track of what you took out of where to put somewhere. AND the multiple bank accounts has been amazing for us!!

I'm going through hard financial Times at the moment but I'm getting through it. I agree with multiple bank accounts. I have 1 for bills, 1 for food, 1 for family spending, 1for saving for birthdays/Christmas and 1 for saving for a rainy day plus saving accounts for my children. At the beginning of each month I divide it up into amounts that work for me. Most importantly I make sure I have the bills and food paid for (no take away food included). I don't want to lose my house or be hungry, then depending how much I have left over and what I need to buy I divide that up, some months there is a lot of spending on family things and other months I'm able to save, sometimes I put an amount straight into the savings account so when I look at that account there is little money so I then say 'can't buy it, there's no cash'. If it's something that I really need then I take out only that amount from the savings. It takes a lot of discipline because we have been conditioned to spend spend spend. I want to be in control of the money, I don't want it to control me. It's working ok for now.
My favorite tip is the envelopes!! Not only are they super duper cute but putting the receipts in them is GENIUS. I mean talk about easily doing your taxes each year. 🤯
I watch your videos over and over. My wife and I are finally going to start and hopefully complete the budget bootcamp. (I’ve had the camp for over a year )🤷🏻♀️ my favorite tip is take things week to week. It gets so overwhelming trying to budget for a whole month. Thank you Jordan for everything you share!
I love the budget planner tip, it's so helpful. Whenever those money anxieties start creeping up, I go to my budget planner and come up with a realistic plan that I know I can stick to and it always makes me feel better and more in control!
I don’t think I should admit how hard I just laughed 🤣🤣 I literally just sent my husband to the store for me a couple of days ago so I could get started on cooking. I asked him to get bell peppers and packing tape. He came back with those two items.....plus a pair of jeans, two sodas, a pumpkin roll, and I feel like there was something else 🤦🏼♀️
I love that you say to budget weekly instead of monthly, using 2 envelopes is much easier, you are so right! But also budgeting for spending money is key! I love that because it helps to maintain the budget 🥰
I love the tip to give yourself spending money each week, even if it’s just a little bit. Budgeting is so much worse if you don’t allow yourself to do the things you love.
My husband ordered you planner yesterday. Girl you shipped it out the same day. My husband is not thrilled about this budget thing but he was so impressed about that. Thank You
In the Netherlands every bankaccount is around €5.- every month! So thats not possible here! 7 accounts would be €45 extra just to pay the bank! And we don’t have something like fetch! Do love the rest of your tips, love your videos!🥰
Same in Ireland we pay bank charges for each account plus for using your card. There is also a government levy on bank cards. 7 accounts wouldn’t be worth it.
I never thought about breaking it down to a weekly budget. That’s definitely a game changer and I can’t wait to start! My husband and I have tried starting a monthly budget but we always seem to lose track and forget to keep up with it. I’m ready to save money!
I've watched many of your other videos on budgeting but this one had it all rolled into one! Love the tips and overall vibe of this one. Thanks for sharing (again)!!!
My favorite tip is absolutely the envelope system. It’s genius. Breaking things down into two simple budgets has made my families life so much easier. Simplified! I love it!
Love these tips! Working on eliminating our debt and putting things into place to actually reach our goals! Budgeting in weekly segments vs the whole month.... so much easier to meet those goals and assess!
Honestly, my favorite too is to simplify. I have been following you for a long time, but I have always struggled with that because I felt like if I break it down so specific, it limits me from over spending. After watching this video when you first posted it, I finally gave it a try. And so far, I LOVE it! I love that if I am frugal enough in my main and other budgets, I can do more with it. Which made my husband need a budget for himself too. So we divided responsibilities, which we also haven't done before. I am excited about our budget again. And it's been a while since I've felt that. Thank you!
Thank you! I'm 52 and this is first time I've ever heard of a simple way to track spending and succeed in handling money. I'm definitely late to the party, but you don't know what you don't know. But I do know I'm forever grateful for this brilliant plan.♥️ This should be required in high schools nationwide.❤️
Making a spreadsheet is probably the best tip I could ever take in, in this video. Physical seeing everything is amazing. It makes life so much easier looking at everything rather than "thinking" it in my head.
My favorite tip is make things simple! Make the budget per week! My husband gets paid once a month so it’s hard to not spend the grocery budget in the first 2 weeks. I love the idea of every week you have a specific amount. I use Smiths for my groceries and I love their “buy 5 save 5 deals. And I find stickers for meats that are buy 1 get 1 free and meats that are near the sell buy dates. Those are my favorite finds. I also use their digital coupons too! It’s my high when I click the “pay now” button and watch the total go down and down! So the best tip I got was break down your grocery budget each week to a specific amount so you never go over. Makes so much sense!!! Love it!!!
Having two weekly budgets is a great way to keep things SIMPLE! Keeping track week to week is much less overwhelming than monthly. I love good bite-sized tips I can take and start working on immediately while also having the opportunity to dive deeper if I want. Thank you Jordan for providing quick, tangible tips while being fun! I enjoy watching your videos and appreciate you sharing your knowledge with others.
I legit was just talking to hubby about open banking accounts instead of envelopes! I'm so glad you talked about this! Not to mention ours will tell us the date that money was put in etc. So glad I found this video!
Hey girl I haven’t been budgeting for a while I need this cus I been spending a lot ever since the COVID start I have 4 kids and I feel like because everything shut down I try my best to get my kids out and try to make memories but I want to start budgeting again thank you for sharing and give us motivate💛
I love the last tip! Adding spending money is so important because it gives you motivation to keep going and not feeling like you can treat yourself or do fun things with family and friends.
Unfortunately, nothing is for free. You pay with your personal data to Fetch. They will know what you buy, where you buy it and sell this information to vendors.
So? Why is that such a bad thing? As long as they’re not selling banking information or identity info all they’re doing is real-time marketing research
Nothing is for free?? You obviously don't use coupons. Just in the past 2 weeks I got free milk, tortilla wraps, cream cheese, tuna snack kits and chocolate covered raisins.
Just an idea for you. I would love love love to have a digital budget planner that works with GoodNotes! I would invest majorly for that. I don’t have the storage for a lot of paper planners so I’ve converted mostly to digital now so everything is on my iPad which then slides over to my Mac and my iPhone. Just a thought! 💕
@@katiemartell6520 I’m so sorry it didn’t tag me for some reason. I keep it in the goodnotes app! I just open from there. You can create a shortcut but I have several things in good notes so I use the app so I can have tabs open
I watch each video the minute it comes up. The tips and strategies have helped me think of money in a totally different way. Being real about it and breaking it down to make it simple. We bought the program a few years ago and since have worked our way out of debt. Thank you!
Budgeting weekly is probably the top tip I got from this. I have always budgeted for 2 weeks because of how our pay cycle is. But breaking it down to a smaller time period will help us stay motivated to stay on track!!! All the tips r amazing, thank you Jordan!
I love the simple envelop method!! Instead of a bunch of different categories to keep up with, only having 2 keeps things much less daunting and easier to keep up with!
Seriously I love this! I’m obsessed with my time block planner and have learned SOOO much from Jordan! This video in particular just hits because Jordan admits this doesn’t come naturally for her and she’s still successful! I’m taking away the budgeting week by week especially since I get paid weekly and my husband gets paid bi-weekly!
Giving yourself spending money is my favorite tip. I need to work on that. I never give myself spending money but still buy myself things eventually so this money comes out unplanned and hate that!!! Thank you got this. Love them all.
My favourite tip is budget tracking. I feel like money for most people is taboo to talk about, which then makes it hard to teach kids/adults how to have a proper relationship with it. My family has decided to travel across Canada next summer, so we have to save save save for the next 9 months to make our dream come true. We will be following all your guidelines to help us :) I’m also going to be very transparent and teach the kids how to save and show them our savings grow, so that they see the benefits of working hard and saving and then enjoying an amazing trip!
Fetch isn’t in Canada. I used to use the rewards apps and stopped. Shopping is not a big thing for us. We rarely buy on amazon. The 7 bank accounts...I’m working on my husband to get a second account. It fully has to be a agreement for both of us to do it. I’ve showed him the videos too.
Favorite tip is keeping it simple. So many of these other budgets seem so complex. I like keeping it simple and easy! It’s really helped us keep to the budgets!
Great tips Jordan but it's impossible to implement the tip about bank account if you live in Spain, lately all the banks fees every bank account to maintain it opens, the cheaper is $15 every month per account (you can skip the fee if you spend $60 with your credit card every month in each account), if you have 7 accounts it's almost $100 every month. For a few years I used the kakebo system to budget but most days I forgot to write down the little expenses and I change to an Excel sheet that I can update in my phone.
kotokoo I do have an Excel Sheet that I keep on my phone too and update at every purchase. I always have my phone with me and everytime I write a purchase, I instantly see how much I have left. Its really easy 👌🏻 I’ve had it for several months now and its been eye opening. Small purchases add up SO FAST !
I’m Italian and for us is the same, BUT many banks are starting to offer online - just online, no physical assistance whatsoever - accounts, with no expenses. So I have one and I’m waiting: I’m sure in the next few months/ys many options will come up here in the old Europe too.
Hi Jordan, I loved the tip about budgeting weekly instead of monthly. Seriously, I needed to hear this because more often than not, I think I’m being productive with setting my monthly budget only to realize it’s all over the place and I can’t ever stick to it. With the weekly budget it’s WAY more organized and step by step where I can focus my attention on one week at a time. Thank you!!
I personally love cash and envelopes but I am a visual person. I want to see it and hold it in my hand. We also have a very small income for a family of 3. And not much extra cash and every dollar is going to pay off our small amount of debt... I just started our cash system and have been able to save over 200 in 1 month when we used to have to take out a small loan to make it to pay day.... I would like to get to a place we can just use cards but not now.
Hi Jordan! I'm getting married this next year, do you have any tips/recommendations for newly weds who are combining their finances? It's overwhelming to know where to start. Thanks!
Jordan got married soon after graduating from college, so she didn't have many finances to combine. I've seen some good tips for combining finances from Suze Orman., though.
So many good tips! I think my favorite is #5: Budget in spending money. My husband and I are still in college, so we allow ourselves a very small amount of spending for each of us, but it keeps us sane! It makes it feel less restrictive and it makes it easier to stay in budget everywhere else!
I love all your tips! The one that changed my life was your advice to budget weekly. It really is so much better to wrap my mind around. Thanks for the light you share to the world!!
Definitely the best tip is using an envelope to track daily spending. This one tip helped us finally get a hold on our money and save for college. Huge!!!
I love breaking it down to a weekly budget! It sounds so simple, but I probably would have tried to juggle a monthly budget forever. Your envelope system is amazing!! Such simple solutions that I can't believe I didn't think of before...
1, your office looks amazing. 2, I laughed all the way through that 😂😂 3, I will have to watch that again.. and again... and so on😂😂 4, I love the way your system works... your just Great!! Last but not least... 5. I live in the UK, North wales so what's the best app instead of Fetch🐕 Thanks again 😁😁😁😁🏴💰💷💸 xx
Peggie Wilkes hi I’m from west wales 😀. I checked Martin Lewis (money saving expert) and his site recommended either Quidco or Topcashback as being the top two apps in the uk. I’m going to read a bit more about them and maybe sign up for one of them. Hope this helps kind regards 😘
@@mishypeas2959 Yes, I'm not the only one 😂 I Love Jordan I could watch her all day, if I could. Yes that is a bounce we do have Martin lewis. Must of missed that one. Thanks for the reply I will defo look into it. Thanks x
Ordered your budget planner with envelopes included. Be glad to see what the 2021 year holds for me and my family. Thank you for posting your videos and content on how to live a simple and better life each day. May God continue to bless you and your family.
Jordan, this is the biggest fight that my parents have. Like you my mother just can’t get along with money like my father can. He (and he brothers included) biggest pet peeve is using a credit card or the store card to pay for gas worse then that even the 3 cents off on Kroger gas. He even saying if you can’t pay the gas in cash you shouldn’t be driving at all.
In my 20's, my then husband and I had one credit card we used only for gas. We paid it off every month and it helped us build a good credit history as well as budget and know exactly where our money went. He was reluctant at first, but eventually admitted it was a good idea and great help. I do recommend it, especially for younger folks who don't have much of a credit history yet. Just be sure it gets paid in full every month.
So much easier! Exactly what I e been thinking about trying to use everything electronically but been trying to figure out how to track better. The budget by week makes things so much easier. I love Fetch too so much! Been a game changer!
Simplify your budget has got to be the best advice on this video. I’ve tried a multiple envelope system before kids and it was crazy! 🤪 I cannot imagine doing it now with my two children and all their needs and wants. Also separating it out for a week at a time! GENIUS! Anyone can stick to a budget for 7 days at a time 🤩
I put stuff in my cart and (unless it’s something vital) let it sit a few days. If you have to buy something vital in the meantime, go to your cart and just click on Save For Later then make your purchase. It’s amazing to me how often I will go to buy a necessity only to see stuff I thought I HAD to have just sitting in my cart. At that point I either just remove it or “save for later.” It’s also handy for things you like but think you wouldn’t hesitate if only it were a couple of dollars cheaper. You’ll see a notification if something in “save for later” has a price change and sometimes the price will drop to a place that feels more reasonable. You can also click to be notified if an item goes on sale as a today’s deal or lightning deal. Yeah, I spend a lot of time on Amazon... Oh! If you’re responsible with credit cards, get the Amazon card that only lets you charge on Amazon (not the visa or whatever). You’ll earn cash back in every purchase and you can choose how to get your rewards. I have mine set so when I want to make a purchase, I’m offered the chance to use my accumulated awards to reduce the price. So if I’m on the fence, it might make a difference. I used to have it set so it was just applied to reduce my balance every month. If you don’t like the idea of another credit card, set it up to offer you the chance to apply rewards to purchases and, as soon as you complete the transaction, make a payment from whatever account you’d rather use.
I love how you advertise your products without pushing them on the viewers. You make it clear that we don’t HAVE to have them to succeed. It’s so respectful of the people that can’t afford them

How to stay in budget tip. Never send your husband to the store on your behalf.
That's hysterical!!!
@ friggin hysterical!!!!thanks.. will be stealing that one!!!
Thats SO true!
AND never let him take the kids to the shops with him. Cos he think being a good parent is giving them whatever they want if they ask twice!
I think that’s true in most parts of the world. 😟
same in Germany :)
I'm just thanking God that you never gave up, or else you wouldn't be here now giving out awesome pointers to viewers looking for just that. Bless!
Love love love your energy. Staying within the budget is so important!!
Thank you!
“I mean, you wouldn’t be wrong but hear me out!” 😂😂😂
Thank you! I'm 52 and this is first time I've ever heard of a simple way to track spending and succeed in handling money. I'm definitely late to the party, but you don't know what you don't know. But I do know I'm forever grateful for this brilliant plan.♥️ This should be required in high schools nationwide.❤️
Just so you know - I'm watching you from Belgrade, your tips are applicable in Serbia as well!
Hello from Novi Sad, Serbia!
@@Stich_heree ...hello neighbour, i'm from Romania ! And i live Jordan too! ☺️
Making a spreadsheet is probably the best tip I could ever take in, in this video. Physical seeing everything is amazing. It makes life so much easier looking at everything rather than "thinking" it in my head.
Its not enough to just set a budget but to keep on it is the hardest thing! Thanks for this video!
You got this!
Love it!!!
You’re unapologetically yourself. And I love that!
Those are all such great tips! My favorite is the Bonus tip to take the weekly budget and be as frugal with it as possible.
Jordan, this is what I call GREAT content!
Aww thank you! So glad you liked it!
#1 simplify! Budget envelope system - I hated cash envelopes and this is such a great idea. So simple it makes you want to use it
Having two weekly budgets is a great way to keep things SIMPLE!
Do you have a video showing what your budget planner looks like and how to use it?
I like that you sit on the couch at night and watch a show. You deserve it! Moms need down time :). It's so healthy to show that
Hey girl I haven’t been budgeting for a while I need this cus I been spending a lot ever since the COVID start I have 4 kids and I feel like because everything shut down I try my best to get my kids out and try to make memories but I want to start budgeting again thank you for sharing and give us motivate💛
I love the simplify with only having two budgets. This is actually what made me start budgeting starting this week!
The planner is BEAUTIFUL! I’m a sucker for gorgeous paper products. 🥰
EXACTLY!!!! I wish I could hit the thumbs up for this comment 1000 times! So true!
Also amazon are evil.
@@diannehamill4578 I think the OP is thinking of the adage "There's no such thing as a free lunch."
I love that you're open about this not coming naturally to you! Makes this possible for anyone. You inspire me to get my finances on track!! 😚
Sena Lott Hi, just a question for you. Where on your IPad do you put your planner? Thank you!
Hi Sena! I’m a graphic designer and might be able to make something for you that you can use in goodnotes. Let me know if I can help you:)
@@katiemartell6520 I’m so sorry it didn’t tag me for some reason. I keep it in the goodnotes app! I just open from there. You can create a shortcut but I have several things in good notes so I use the app so I can have tabs open
@@charlotteamberbarnhoorn6720 I’d love that! Do you have a site?
Best thing I ever watched 2 weeks ago!! Favorite budgeting tip of the 5 was #2 weekly budget- NOT monthly!
Love the video xxx
I like the simplicity of using the envelopes. Its the most manageable tip for me!
I love your fun personality!!
I watch each video the minute it comes up. The tips and strategies have helped me think of money in a totally different way. Being real about it and breaking it down to make it simple. We bought the program a few years ago and since have worked our way out of debt. Thank you!
"Amazon..AMAZON.. slow down, honey"... damn I felt it in my core....
Budgeting weekly is probably the top tip I got from this. I have always budgeted for 2 weeks because of how our pay cycle is. But breaking it down to a smaller time period will help us stay motivated to stay on track!!! All the tips r amazing, thank you Jordan!
I love that green and gold combo ❤️ in your office! I picked those colors for my daughter's bedroom ceiling
I love the simple envelop method!! Instead of a bunch of different categories to keep up with, only having 2 keeps things much less daunting and easier to keep up with!
I love ALL of your tips lady!!! So glad I found you on RUclips! And so glad I started using fetch rewards!
So glad you found us!
I keep meaning to set it up and then the days go by... I’m committing to signing up for Fetch and ibotta tonight!
Have you tried ibotta and, if you did, dd you like it? Is it worth having both?
Lucinda Jackson yes I have had ibotta for a couple years now and love it!! Such an easy way to make a little extra cash
@@swfunny
Thanks! Then I’ll definitely do both for awhile to see how it all works!
I just love you 😍
You make everything seem so much fun....and that's what I love 👌👌
Giving yourself spending money is my favorite tip. I need to work on that. I never give myself spending money but still buy myself things eventually so this money comes out unplanned and hate that!!! Thank you got this. Love them all.
I count on my hands too and the calculator is my best friend!😉🤣
#Twins!
Every one of these tips is awesome and a twist on the traditional. My favourite is to plan by week. It just makes sense.
I adore you! I wish we could be real life friends!😀 thank you for all you do!
Aww you are so kind!
Simplify. My favorite tip. I started doing this with the systems in productivity boot camp--game changer!
wow I'm in aw of being the first view according to me computer! good timing to hop on RUclips. love your videos
Checkout 51 is in Canada and I love it.
I would like to get to a place we can just use cards but not now.
you are so uplifting even on a topic like budgets. thanks for the great advice and always being a happy space in a tough world.
I know that I’m 17 and come from a happy home, but like...
Will you adopt me?
I love all your tips! The one that changed my life was your advice to budget weekly. It really is so much better to wrap my mind around. Thanks for the light you share to the world!!
If I tracked calories by month, I'd run out by day 19. ;/
Haaha
Oh, so true!!
lol
Definitely the best tip is using an envelope to track daily spending. This one tip helped us finally get a hold on our money and save for college. Huge!!!
But over here in the Netherlands we are not allowed to pay with cash almost nowhere because of covid 😞
She said you don't need cash....
I love breaking it down to a weekly budget! It sounds so simple, but I probably would have tried to juggle a monthly budget forever. Your envelope system is amazing!! Such simple solutions that I can't believe I didn't think of before...
1, your office looks amazing.
2, I laughed all the way through that 😂😂
3, I will have to watch that again.. and again... and so on😂😂
4, I love the way your system works... your just Great!!
Agree with your dad, have never put gas on a credit card
In my 20's, my then husband and I had one credit card we used only for gas. We paid it off every month and it helped us build a good credit history as well as budget and know exactly where our money went. He was reluctant at first, but eventually admitted it was a good idea and great help. I do recommend it, especially for younger folks who don't have much of a credit history yet. Just be sure it gets paid in full every month.
So much easier! Exactly what I e been thinking about trying to use everything electronically but been trying to figure out how to track better. The budget by week makes things so much easier. I love Fetch too so much! Been a game changer!
your link for the planner isn't working :)
Thanks, Laura! We fixed it! Try it now. FunCheaporFree.com/Planners
I love the budget planner tip. Keeping things written down and not in my head really would make things easier.
My mom budget for 70 years.... if she can still survive (literally) without it then she’s not buying/spending it.
Simplify your budget has got to be the best advice on this video. I’ve tried a multiple envelope system before kids and it was crazy! 🤪 I cannot imagine doing it now with my two children and all their needs and wants.
Also separating it out for a week at a time! GENIUS! Anyone can stick to a budget for 7 days at a time 🤩
I TOTALLY FELT THAT WHEN YOU SAID AMAZON, I REALLY DO NEED TO SLOW DOWN
Hang in there!
I love the idea of simplifying and giving yourself spending money. Moderation in all things! Love it! I can do this!
