  • Hello my Friends! 🤗 I hope you are all doing well! 🌹💫. Today’s demo, The WigWag Cane, is possibly one of the most beautiful techniques that I have come across. The finished cane is a piece of art in itself. ✨ I found this technique to be very simple in theory…But learning how to control the heat can take time. So be good to yourself if things get weird…and enjoy the process of understanding the heat and movement necessary for this pattern! 🥰✨ Whether you are here to learn or just to enjoy….I thank you all so much for joining me! 🌹✨
Until next time 👋🏽 Cheers - Robin 💫🌹

Hello Lena! 🥰 Thank you so much!! 🖤💥 I’m glad I decided to play around with this technique. It is fun to make these…but I had to keep reminding myself on which way to turn the cane! I got dyslexic on some of my practice ones! 😂✨ I hope you’re doing well!! Hugs-Robin 🌹🌹

I love your videos. You make it look so easy! A good black that is very dense and does not react with other colors is Reichenbach 104.

Thanks for the cool bead. Mid century modern to me. I've seen wigwas canes, but wasn't sure what to do with them. Lovely.

Hi Linda! 👋🏽🌹 Thank you!! I was glad this came out as well as it did considering that I was using the Intense Black. This cane reminded me of watercolor or stained glass with the transparent colors. ✨🌹
So glad you enjoyed!! 🤗 Take care! Cheers- Robin 🌈✨🌹✨

Hi Robin, thanks for another great video 😊 ! Will try! I’ve been trying wig wag beads with some trouble so cane seemed impossible… one suggestion may be: could you please write the colors you use in your description in your videos? They are usually so well chosen and it would save time to find them handy there if possible ! 🙏🌹 Many thanks ! Each Saturday I wonder what will be your new video ! Love them ❤! Take care !

Hello Sonia! 👋🏽🥰 I will definitely make a note to add a list of colors! Thank you for the suggestion!🎉✨
I practiced this technique with some leftover cane first and it really helped. Also keeping the flame very tiny helps to! 🤗 I am so excited for you to try!! Thanks again for your kindness and support! Hope you’re doing well!! Cheers- Robin 🌈🎉🤗✨

I love what you did with that cane!
I'm gonna keep an eye in the comments for black ideas, I'm down to about half a rod of hadies and been looking for more for about 2 months. I hope they don't discontinue it.

Hi Buttercup! ✨🌹 Thank you!! 🤗 I just ordered a bunch of clear and was looking for the Hades to…..out of stock. 😩 There have been some amazing colors I’ve used that have been discontinued…such a bummer!! I hope they are making more. I noticed a comment about the Reichenbach Black being a good one to use. I am definitely going to try it out next time I order! 👍🏽✨ Hope you’re doing well 👋🏽 Cheers-Robin ✨🌹✨🌹✨

If I don’t have intense black, I encase opaque dark navy blue with black. Then it’s opaque black.
