You may have mentioned this but do the landlords allow you to put the unit you are renting from them on Airbnb if you sign a lease
Some, have two places right now available for that.
How do you get around without a car, it looks very isolated?
You are going to raise the prices their. You know I'm their cerise and they raise the price on gringos. So they will be paying the same price as they will pay in sosua. The water is horrible. No hot water and low water pressure. A one / two bedroom cost 600 a month for a foreigner. The same apartment cost 250 / 300 for a Dominican. I've been living outside of sosus for years and for a man they charge the sane price or near sosua. Even unfurnished . Yes you can find one in a million for 300 hundred but if you air -a bnb then the cost will go up. Your not gonna catch a deal. Infact they have new apartments being built for 300 a month that you don't have in your videos. I tried to talk to you when I saw you and you act as if you where angry with me abd ignored me. A one/ two bedroom in that area will cost you 100 thousand at least with horrible electricity that goes out on average 3 times a week and horrible water. Most Americans won't want to live in that area I'm a American and it is only because I have been coming to the area for years. The 15 minutes you speak of is with lights traffic in reality its usually 30 minutes with daily traffic.. why you ignored me I will never know I wanted to talk to you in a business fashion in fact I know the two biggest property owners their. Even with hot water you need to look at the engineering of the water tanks. If the tank is close to the diwn spout in the apartment it won't work efficiently. Do you see hiw well we could work together . But you wouldn't talk to me. Girl that was not right.
PREACH BROTHA OR SISTA PREACH ON
@@imalwaysrite123 wow the longest reply I have ever seen. Great information tho
I lived in the Bella Vista for three months 6 years ago. Electricity was great. Better than Sosua. Hot water tanks can be put in places that don't have it, same as A/C. Foreigners that would enjoy living by the river would appreciate the prices. I paid 5000 pesos $100 6 years ago and without any gringos moving there the rent is now double. It's called growth. I don't know who you are, to be honest. So I'm not sure why you say I won't talk to you. I don't work with anyone in regards to rentals unless they are Dominicans. They know everything and are very capable of taking care of my clients, their tenants.
I just re-read your message. It's sad. Maybe you don't know enough Dominicans. Perhaps you seem like a target for them. I don't know what the issue could be that they give you higher prices, but they give me the same prices as they do Dominicans. I work with very honest Dominicans, and they have always treated me fairly, and my clients are happy as well. Just your assumption alone would make me steer clear of you. I don't like when gringos scare off other foreigners with assumptions that they'll be overcharged. That is not very nice to do to others or to say about others. I know about the plumbing issues in the Dominican Republic. It has to do with rhe tiny old pipes. New homes that are being renovated and built are using bigger pipes, so toilet paper can be flushed. I moved 10 times in Mt first three years because of plumbing. I know how to sense the toilet issues just by a flush and then smell. It happens even more in Cabarete, where the laguna is. Although your message seems like you know something, it seems more like a fear tactic to innocent people reading. Perhaps you're looking for clout from my video. Perhaps you didn't watch or listen to the entire video. At first, you write that the prices will drive up, you speak about the water, and then you end with some awkward comment saying I ignore you? Who are you? I'm kissing my teeth on this comment.
@@cerisefairfax cerise Dominicans dont respect gringos. You know this very well. Why do you continue to lure us into an alley to be scammed. That’s not cool
Gracias for the information. 🙏
Hey,
How are you?
Good, you?
Cerise I got a lot of love for you. I hope I get to meet you when I come to Sosua.
Hugs
What type of restaurant do you operate?
I don't have it any longer. It was fast food and Dominican food
