That place is GORGEOUS, truly spectacular, and now I'm waiting for price. He has excellent taste if he did the decor. Wow, clean comfy minimalist. Wish you had show how there are no railing...if he is in penthouse...it look wonderful but feels liek you could fall.

Dominican republic hands down has some of the best beaches in the world but lets be real everyone knows the real reason why he choose this spot 🤣🤣
I have joy in my heart when I see a black man, retired, enjoying his life, for once. So, if he chose this place for a reason as you say, he is an adult, older, experienced. I don't believe that he will take any wooden nickels, or let anyone take his bag easily. He could've found the same thing where he came from. But if he thinks that he will get what he is looking for here and be happier, more power to him. He could've gone to Thailand or the Philippines and found the same "thing". In addition, he looks just like one of my uncles, so he'll blend in with us famously.
