Enjoyed this episode when it was on and I thought they were a lovely couple who genuinely wanted to buy unlike some house hunters, the revisiting is a brilliant idea as you wonder if house hunter followed offers though, I do think add on costs should be mentioned on the programme as it is useful information. Great show.

Nice to see a follow up, I just watched this episode yesterday! We are in the US and plan to visit Italy when we can, I’ve now added Lucca to our list because of this!

Really interesting to see this follow up. A lovely couple who deserve a bug slice of “ la dolce vita” near Barga!!

Garfagnana is the wettest area in tuscany, but I guess you don't mind. Spent one year in Chester many Years ago and miss so much there and UK in general!

Does this presenter do any research on the people she i nterviews? She seems to know nothing about them. She keeps saying 'is that right'? Useless interviewer.

And too much errrr and hmmmm and long drawn out questions which is annoying, especially for a presenter who should be more professional.

'Italians are not very good at promoting..."!!! Have you followed the activities of 60 millions of Italians and seen what they individually do? Just get out of my country all of you judgemental people. We don't think like you do. And by the way it's you who must speak Italian in Italy and not the Italians who are in their own country.

    Lovely couple, congratulations!
I am a native English speaker and find it VERY hard to understand what they say, especially M|ichelle, I wish they spoke more clearly, and without their regional dialect.

I'm Scottish and yeah found their accents no issue. I'm not even sure how they would be supposed to speak "without their regional accent", I mean that's just how the speak after all, they're not actors.
Anyway lovely couple and beautiful place. All the houses were amazing for the money, but actually my personal favourite was probably the very first. Really loved that one.

Born and raised in the U.S. and I understand them perfectly well.
They aren’t actors. That’s their accent. I think it’s brings some authenticity to the episode.
Anyway, I’ve probably watched this episode at least 3 times over the last year.
