There is nothing like British cordiality. Fresh, pleasant, and very nice. A fine couple and beautiful woman that lead them around. I hope that they grow fruits and vegetables. The entire episode was like a virtual walk through a botanical garden.

YESS Pavillion was the best. It had 1.5 Acres to build a few more guest houses, AirBnB, rentals, etc perfect. The views were to DIE for and the position for the sun was best. Awesome choice.

Wonderful! They went with their hearts and the agent was amazing! Beautiful smile and great open personality! This couple was so adorable! That house is stunning and a perfect retirement home! I know it is just what the wife dreamed of when she was a little girl running barefoot through the island. Many years of happiness ahead!

I want to commend the beautiful, gorgeous, and friendly agent Scarlette for her professional conduct and advice on the properties she selected, for such an adorable couple. I too would have selected that lovely property among the 5 properties seen, and i think that couple deserves the best. They have taught me to be humble and to compromise together when making a decision. I am also sold on the island of Nevis, and makes me want to spend a vacation there very soon.

In case anyone cares the two islands at 7:06 are Montserrat and redonda . Redonda is the smaller island in the foreground and is supposedly part of Antigua and Barbuda.

Second home is gorgeous! great indoor and outdoor spaces. The house by the beach would be great for putting a "bunkhouse" in the stall/basement- with a beach a few minutes away, kids won't care. Add a pool, outdoor shower and you are set.

These expensive homes on such a tiny set of islands makes me wonder where the average citizens live. Beautiful homes, but I just think that the natives are being priced out of their own lands.
JAchica11 The locals have likely been displaced....into areas that are tight and usually filled with more issues than not. Foreigners drive up cost of living. Idk why people don't socially understand why this might be fundamentally wrong.
Actually, natives don't live too badly. Having grown up there like any where else there is poverty and even more so considering nevis is a developing country. It certainly isn't as bad as in most 3rd world countries.
I was born, raised and still currently reside on the island of Nevis (like many generations of my family before me) so I can tell you with assurity what you suspect is not our reality as locals. Life here, like anywhere else has its challenges but talking for now we are not being priced out nor forced into areas that are 'tight' or we do not want to be in. Currently, there is nowhere else on earth I would rather be and i hope it remains this way.
Jill Inverar thankfully for us (the locals of Nevis) your assumptions are incorrect. I can understand why you would think that though since it has become a big issue in many other countries.

Hello. Wonderful video and information. I understand that St. Kitts and Nevis also has a program where if a foreigner invests a min of $400,000 USD in real estate I could get citizenship there after 5 years. Do you know if this is still the case? Cheers from Canada :)
Hello. You are correct however you do not have to wait 5 years after closing. By purchasing a property above US$400,000 that is approved for Citizenship by Investment; you can get rapidly after closing St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship. Why would the buyers tell the realtor their maximum price? Not a good bargaining position IMHO.
Nevis bathrooms must be pitiful because they didn't show any of the houses ensuites. The bathrooms are quite important to me, so I'm betting they're sad sights to be edited out.
Oh no they are not, we do have beautiful comfortable bath rooms where you can take a magazine and relax while you are seated on the, you know what
