House 1 is definitely Italian like for sure. The downside is the bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. It can still be a good home. House 2 is a country dream home. Super Italian like but very very dark too. House 3 is definitely dated, old, Italian style for sure. It could be a good place with some love.
The city house he chose was the best choice. He should take advantage of the location by listing the unit as a hotel as well. Most days, he will not have clients, so imagine if you could rent out 2 rooms in downtown Florence. Killer business would completely outweigh the additional cost of rental
They were kinda quirky and such a dynamic duo. At first I thought that he would be a typical snobbish white guy. But turns out that he was very funny, cute and funny too.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I hate when I hear mandolins on the images of Venice or Florance: such ancient cities that were so rich and powerful. This kind of “Mediterranean” music relinquish the history of Italy

Not everyone has a mother who can pay for dental work. In Australia where I live, dental procedure is very very expensive even if you have medical insurance. I don’t think Australia is the only country either where people struggle with the cost of looking after their teeth. Fear too plays a part. Let’s face it, going yo the hairdresser is a much more of a pleasant experience. So Mark don’t judge, I am sure your appearance is not perfect either!!
