I installed this on my Bee35 and was surprised at how much I enjoy the LEDs. I didn't think I was one to "pimp" my quads but this is REALLY fun to play with. The Bluetooth functionality makes changing modes a breeze. Ive found that the "guidance" mode is actually quite useful when flying line of sight. I can see the orientation of the quad at distance. Brilliant use of $20. Thanks for another interesting, informative, and entertaining video. Happy flying amigo. 🍻
I never thought of their usefulness in LOS - you don't have to go far before you can't tell which part the front of the quad is! Looking forward to building the rest of it up and having a fly.
I fly LOS once in awhile and find those LEDs useful. I also use a monitor instead of goggles sometimes. I look forward to your thoughts on the Bee35. Happy flying amigo. 🍻
They are pretty thin - but that's what I like about it. The fully enclosed ducts are incredibly noisy and inefficient - which is what I hate about cinewhoops. Unless you are flying around people, or in tight difficult spaces, then I'd always want to use a normal quad

I like this, I’m becoming somewhat enamored to LED lighting on small quads.
They are pretty fun!
I absolutely love useless stuff like this! And SpeedyBee just about perfected it.
And love the startup sequence!
It's way more funkier than I imagined :D
Awesome review, Wayne! 😃
Those LEDs are fantastic!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Cheers MC - fun aren't they :)
@@CurryKitten Absolutely!
The LEDs look amazing. That cinewhoop looks very sleek - I wonder if the ducts are durable? They look kind of thin.

I also have speedybee 35 , but without LED ,and iam still afraid to fly it to the air .... hehehe
Looks fairly robust - get it in the air :)
I wantt to pimp out my avata but mo balance lead and my 1s quad no balance lead.❤
Just put it on an A23 battery tray if you're trying to avoid hacking into the avata
Here I was just about to say I didn't have a clue about the avata, and here's a handy response. Thanks. No idea what an A23 battery tray is obviously!
@@CurryKitten A23 is a small 12v alkaline battery. Energizer and Duracell make them. I put the trays on my DJI LED kits for the plastic drones
@@Fly_High_FPV thanks I will try
