Since there wasn’t really any issues with toys, I think it would be cool if epic just made a handful of new toys that appear in the item shop every once and a while to keep the entirety of toys from being locked behind old battle passes and challenges.

I REALLY miss the In-Game shop and locker. It was so easy to just change skins without going to the lobby. It's genuinely maddening that they removed it for no reason.
My guess as to why they removed the voice chat mouth moving feature probably was because of certain collabs. Some companies probably didn't want it to look like their characters were saying...certain words. Collabs really started to take off a lot more in chapter two so it would make sense in my opinion.
4:20 the biggest irony is that Fall Guys (also owned by Epic) has been releasing recolored variants of their battle pass skins in shop for a couple years now without outcry, even doing collab reskins too like their new MechaGodzilla. So Epic could do it if they wanted to. It's just the community demanded gatekeeping then which was such a stupid thing to do in hindsight.

I remember back then on C1 and C2 that every season added something new to the battlepass S3 they added trails for when you jumped S4 was progressive skins S5 we got toys, on S6 pets, then on 7 we got weapon skins and so on

I have some more ideas for toys. They could probably just make toys based on each battle pass season's theme or use literally any type of throwable inanimate object if they really tried. They could have toys like paper airplanes, Rubik's cubes, pencils, baseballs, softballs, 8 balls, rubber chicken toys, and possibly more

Honestly, I wish pets would still be a thing. The only thing they need is for the backpack part to be customizable with colors. There are an endless amount of animals on earth they could add. Baby cow or bull, mini elephant, a zebra, a cute baby hippo, penguin, seal, rhino, different dog breeds, etc... Not to mention how they allow the community to interact like with synced emotes. The pets were overall just cute and great additions (some with unique properties).
Speaking of the voice chat in the lobby, sometimes if you turned into the shadow grenade or head the alien head on in ch2 s7 your in game mic would become distorted

I mean really would have made sense to add in Lego fortnite compatibility with the toys as well since there are Lego pieces that are actual balls, the Round plate pieces can be used as disks, and for some of the stuff like tomatoes and water balloons could just have a brick built equivalent.
