Great review, very informative, Thank you for showing me how to arrange the head strap. My HS10 will be delivered tomorrow.

Interesting device. This is the first time I have seen a unit that incorporates a fresnel lens. The ability to run the light from a power bank is a huge plus

@NewHampshireJack Agreed. For under 20 bucks it is a great value with plenty of features.

Hi, thanks for the great review! As this light is from 2022, do you know if it accepts C to C charging (PD power delivery standards)? All my Sofirn lights as of 2023 do; just not sure about this one… Thanks! 🙏

@lukesena Very Good question. I reviewed the manual and it had no information. So I went to Sofirn website and here is what I found out. The HS10 is not suitable for c to c charging. Here is where I found that info, thanks for the comments and views. www.sofirnlight.com/products/charging-cables-of-type-c-to-type-c-type-c-to-lightning

@@charlesartificer2158 Thanks! I’ll test the light when it arrives in 2 weeks 😉

Just got it. To my surprise, I’m happy to report it DOES charge C to C (PD). The problem is, typical USB C cables (with relatively "beefy" connectors, with 100W up to 240W capabilities) simply do not fit properly in the narrow port and you get the impression they don’t work. In my case, only one that fits is the standard 1m iPad cable from Apple. Hope that helps anyone interested 😉.
