Strongly recommend just sticking to shrooms if you want an hallucinogenic experience. I was given “acid" one time by someone I trusted (at the time) and it turned out too intense that the trip lasted for 24 hours. Can't really be sure what you're getting aside from shrooms. Cause I personally have never had a bad experience with mushrooms though.

LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself
This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."

How frustrating the slowness of the medicinal application with the FDA, yet it if was a dumb arse supposed vaccine it would fly through. I appreciate the patience of Rick going down that route as I know it's painfully ridiculous and ultimately it will be applied so narrowly it will be too restrictive and expensive for most people to have access to it but even so this does change for the better for the rest of us going into plant medicine healing path.

I believe ketamine could have extreme potential in low doses for helping cure chronic pain for people who have phantom pains, especially those who’ve been put on addictive opioids for long term pain and have trouble breaking free from the clutches. Sadly it gets a bad rap as it’s “psychedelic”, related to PCP, and some use it just to get high. But I’ve almost never heard of ketamine addiction, and it isn’t known to cause the horrific hallucinations and symptoms that PCP causes.

I'd say that treating mental and physical problems with MDMA, Ketamine, shrooms, etc. is on the same level as opioids, yet opioids are legal?

    •  Год назад +1

there's some "new" (~4-5 years) law for a drug assisted therapy. If you use "research chemicals". Or you can get to 3-FEA (much less serotogenic - neurotoxic) instead MDMA,
various ket analogues, 4-ACO-DMT for psilocybin... rather easily no therapy needed

    • @bryanutility9609

Incorrect. All of the following prominent scientists are either neuroscientists or working directly with neuroscientists and have advocated for the use of psychedelics for various mental health related issues.
      1. Robin Carhart-Harris - Studied psychedelics' effects on the brain.
      2. David E. Nichols - Explored molecular mechanisms of psychedelics.
      3. Franz X. Vollenweider - Researched the neural impacts of psychedelics like LSD.
      4. Matthew W. Johnson- Investigated neuroscientific aspects of psychedelics for therapy.
      5. Roland R. Griffiths - Conducted neuroscientific research on psilocybin's therapeutic potential.
      6. Michael Mithoefer - Researched MDMA's therapeutic uses.
      7. Katherine MacLean - Studied the brain effects of psychedelics for personal growth.
      8. Stephen Ross - Explored neuroscientific implications of psychedelics for addiction treatment.
      9. Amanda Feilding - While not a neuroscientist, she's the founder of the Beckley Foundation which has significantly funded and facilitated groundbreaking psychedelic research in collaboration with leading neuroscientists.
Amanda Feilding's inclusion is justified given her instrumental role in advancing the field of psychedelic research. Even though she isn't a neuroscientist by training, her foundation's work has enabled many neuroscientists to conduct their research, bridging the gap between funding, policy, and scientific exploration.
      You're welcome!
