That's my man. Beat on that regulator with a wrench... I went through the same process yesterday, and I found that a drill does wonders. Just drill it right down the center, and wipe out any low pressure regulation at all, but keep the throughput... Now, my grill gets up to about 1,500 degrees. Much improved.

@@rootboycooks so what pressure do you recommend it for a Blackstone 28 inch? This is the first time using one of these things and I went ahead and ordered it a few minutes ago. Blackstone is sending me another one of theirs, but I honestly don’t trust them at this point. So I just went ahead and went with some thing that somebody used and raves about. I’m seeing complaints online about the regulators that Blackstone sends out with their griddles. Just seems like they have a lot of complaints about this particular piece. I mean, I’m not getting any gas flow at all. It’s ridiculous.

How is the new regulator doing? Is it still working like you described? I am going to order it also (Your Linked regulator). I was going to junk the grill before I saw this video.
I have already purchased a new regulator from BS, just like the original. That was more time and money wasted. It seemed like Black Stone's initials was for something besides Black stone.
Also I noticed the regulator you show at the beginning (your original) has the reg.at the tank. My original has the reg. at the grill. I was told that if I bought one that has the reg. at the tank , that would sole my issues. So your video proves that wrong as well.
