I defeated her with one Brick Break from Heracross and a little help from Weepinbell. It deactivated Miltank's Pecha Berry (I think it was something else that healed poison. Then I TOTALLY lucked out. Weepinbell was a male, and it was in love with Miltank (since it used Attract) . But Weepinbell didn't get infatuated with love. Instead, it used another Poisonpowder. Then I switched to Heracross and ohko'ed it with Brick Break. I was sooo happy.... btw this was in HeartGold.
It has always been. Johto pokemon stats sucks. Those easy to find can be strong but the game made it cheap that way. I hate chikorita it is the weakest at least now hgss have physical water moves that buff totodile but chiko is just weak

The right order for the Gym Leader after Morty is Chuck-Jasmine-Pryce not Chuck-Pryce-Jasmine. You'll gonna waste your time there. When you enter Olivine, go to the lighthouse immediately and when Jasmine asked you to get the medicine to her Amphy in Cianwood, that is your cue to go there. After beating Chuck, get the medicine, and battle Jasmine then you're cleared to face Pryce. Its a one-route situation not some back-and-forth stuff
Or, ya know, you can just talk to Jasmine, then get the medicine, then Surf back to Olivine, give her the SecretPotion, then you can battle her, and you can still battle the other Leaders. Like in Gen 1, when you get to Celadon, get a drink from the Dept. Store’s vending machine, give it to the Saffron guard (in FR/LG, go to the Celadon Mansion and talk to the lady inside, and she’ll give you the tea that you give to the guard) and then go back to Celadon and take care of the Team Rocket mess in the Game Corner, then go to Saffron and raid the Silph Co. building, which Team Rocket is also taking over, then when that’s done, you can fight Sabrina and get the Marsh Badge early. I never get why Bugsy is the second gym leader when he's clearly weak against flying types. The developers should've put Bugsy as 1st gym and Falkner in 2nd.
Panama Ranger well like most stones there hard to obtain. The common method is pokeathlon but even then it’s certain days you get it. The only other ways are to get calls via pokegear for it or find it somewhere in the game
Well cyndaquil is the fastest (I think) but even then there is a 12.5% of having a cyndaquil be girl so then your gonna be screwed by rollout and attract. Something I will say is to not use cyndaquil against Whitney’s miltank

Back when Silver and Gold was released, Heracross wasn’t good due to the move set. It’s a lot better now in the remake

I never get why Bugsy is the second gym leader when he's clearly weak against flying types. The developers should've put Bugsy as 1st gym and Falkner in 2nd.

Panama Ranger well like most stones there hard to obtain. The common method is pokeathlon but even then it’s certain days you get it. The only other ways are to get calls via pokegear for it or find it somewhere in the game

Well cyndaquil is the fastest (I think) but even then there is a 12.5% of having a cyndaquil be girl so then your gonna be screwed by rollout and attract. Something I will say is to not use cyndaquil against Whitney’s miltank

I was fighting Whitney yesterday for whole 10 minutes!! I don't do savestates from emulator so I was very anxious I thought this will be my first game over but thank god quilava found the way to get over his love

You gotta grind my man. Go into some caves or grass and just cause some extinction. And be sure to battle any trainers you missed.
Just raise them properly to the same level of your team so you wouldn't be lazy enough to level up to your weakest part of the team...
