Hey y’all I’ve discovered replacing the sugar with DATE syrup gives you a delicious sweet caramel profile… Play with it enjoy and you are welcome.
This is dog piss
That looks.. RAW AND SICKLY 😢

Looks Good but I'm a rookie and would still add some yum yum green Onions. Hello!
Gorgeous recipe❤love it🎖️🏆
Nice 👍🏽 cool haircut btw
What kind of beef are you using?
Doesn’t even say how much of what
If you open up the description. It’s all in there for you
Which beef cut is best for this?
Flank steak is the most widely used cut for most Chinese dishes. Any beef can be used, but, if you use a cheaper cut, velveting is recommended to tenderize the beef. There are many videos about the velveting process on RUclips.
Thank you very much for this very tasty recipe!!Delicious!! 😋😋I thought I made a lot and there are gonna be some leftovers for tomorrow...nope.🤣🤣
Nice watch 😊
😊 thankuuu
What sub can you use if allergic to soy
I would add browning sauce
Where is his wok? Where is the msg king of flavor?
What’s the. Est kind of beef for beef and broccoli
Is that wine anything close to rice wine vinegar? Or do I have to go out and get yet another item? 😂 I still need Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, MSG, and Chinese 5-spice. This dish is going to break me $10+ per bottle is killing me. I went twice to the Asian supermarket here, spent $70 twice and I’m still short on stuff. How the hell that happen?? 😂 🤣 what Rice should I ask for? I bought the Cadillac of rice cookers (ZOJI Zojirushi NP-NVC18) and haven't used it yet, this thing has more bells and whistles than a PS5!
Hey this recipe is really not the real beef and broccoli look at different recipes bc this guy although he looks Asian doesn’t know what he’s doing or his family sucked at cooking.
What kind of beef you use
You can use any cheap cut. The baking soda in the marinade tenderizes it very well
I would recommend skirt steak or flank steak cut nice and thin or a favorite steak of your chose, a lot of beef cuts cant be used because it takes time for it to tenderize in the cooking process.
❤❤❤
Nice
What’s the broccoli to water ratio 😅
Copied Kenji

What type of beef is it is the secret
Top sirloin or any sirloin
Flank/Bavette Steak 🥩
The real secret is the baking soda
the secret is really the sauce..you could do pork or chicken honestly with this.
I just used cheap meat....it's all about tenderizing and the sauce...no need to get expensive meat when ur marinating, pan frying, then using a sauce
What cut of beef did you use?
You can use flank steak or skirt steak no problem, but anything without a lot of fat works really you just cut it thin
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nice ❤😎
What was the second marinate?
It’s not marinade it’s the actual beef and broccoli sauce, the first was an actual marinade
Why do they never say the cut of beef
Because almost any cut will work if you use a marinade, just slice against the grain. Try flank steak or ribeye if like, you will find your preferences
I did this and it was delicious ❤ thank you
Always great from you 😆
EXCELLENT!
Delicious 😊
Do you work in a restaurant?
I used to
@@dvdnguyen i can tell, i used to as well👌🏿
It’s better to make fresh sauce than using the dirty bacteria marinate of the beef . You also should use big chunks of ginger . I hate to eat all those tiny bits of ginger on my food
Hey that is your own preference of how you would like.. your own food. and this is how he likes his food, you cannot act like one is better than the other based off your own dislikes.. especially if everyone’s taste preferences are different.
Black Pepper!!!!!!! Damn, I been using White Pepper 😢
I'd love to see your version of a Vietnamese style pulled pork.
Dude that looks gross. Everyone who commented on this must be friends/family or have zero idea what this is suppose to look/taste like. Bc this is far from an authentic or tasty beef and broccoli. Try again my man.
