I was born when Carter was getting out of office. I tend to be a more conservative person, but you really can’t compare the two. I actually like Carter, not really talking about policy or anything, as he didn’t get much done to say the least. I actually believe him to be one of our most honest presidents. Trust me, Vivek, even Carter was not as bad a Bidumb. Carter may have been in over his head regarding the presidency, but I had to give him credit on knowing how to pilot a submarine. Maybe Carter got too accustomed of saying "dive, dive" and it carried over 30 years after WWII.
My advice is to focus on a High School diploma, so that you can sound intelligent enough to have a critique.
