I used my last $40 on a rice cooker & a huge bag of rice & with the change Lemmon pepper.
I’d ask my friends to give me any and all cardboard they got. Made myself a helluva bed. With cardboard, bubble wrap & plastic. Would crumble paper until it became soft, tore it up and put it in a trash bag to make a pillow.
Ever live somewhere, where it was so hot, but had no AC. So you’d just go outside instead to think about food?
My roommate got a mattress. But one day I came “home” and saw the guy using my cardboard bed!
That bed was the best. I could roll it up, move it. Take it to the beach.
Or when could go hunting or stay in the jungle I could bring it. ( Although it feels pretty bad when people are looking at you, cleaning plastic sheets and drying cardboard on a laundry line.)
