Beautiful mama and precious baby, I'm a mama too and miss these days a little, my youngest is 6 years old and I can't have any more children so watching little ones makes me cry a little. I'd say enjoy every moment but I know how hard it is in the moment and how much I hated when people said things like that. My youngest was also big for his age and so heavy, I totally understand the worries about wearing him in the baby carrier! Haruki is adorable and you are beautiful and I'm so glad I stumbled upon your youtube channel by chance. Hugs!

You could send your family maybe some kawaii stuff from Daiso (Accessoires, stationery, toys...), or japanese seasonings, so they can replicate your cooking. Maybe some traditional souveniers and Mochi. Maybe they would also like to look at some japanese fashion magazines.
p.s. better wash the temu stuff first, before you give it to your baby. I heard, there was a recent event with chemicals on imported goods that they sold.

I didn't have success using a carrier with my daughter. She got big fast and too much baby to carry maybe. Once she could sit up, she loved her stroller and sat up watching everything.

I didnt like those baby things either. My daughter had them for her boys. I refused to use them. They do seem to have trouble getting good breaths of air and i didnt like how it kept their legs so far apart. I bought a stroller to take them to the park and to get air. Im left handed but I can't cut things up lol. I have to use my right hand lol. Your lunch looked so good. The hats are so cute! But he looked at the camera like help me lol.

Hi Ivy and family ❤ Don't be afraid to use the baby carrier. Just make sure Haruki has room to breathe. Lots of people use them, but if that one is not comfortable then maybe you could find a more suitable one. ⁷So sweet of you to go visit great grandma. Did Haruki cry? Sometimes, you know babies get scared by the looks of older people. My mother-in-law is also 94 years old and still lives alone and goes out shopping even. She is also widowed.
