Thanks Andy, I am currently only in Vegas but am originally from the LA area and used to gig around LA/OC for years and would be down to revisit going back to gig there as I still have family and friends out there. and yes I use a Bose L1P16 and S1Pro as a floor monitor. 😃
@@deemusiclv Nice Dee. Well all the best to you out there. I’m a solo electric/acoustic guitarist and singer rehearsing and using backing tracks. I’ve been researching Line Array systems and targeting either the Pro 16 or the EV 30m. Both have positives and downside for me. Im on the fence, but that Bose sound….wow. Budget doesn’t allow for a separate mixer, which is one of the reasons I’m looking at the EV 30m too. Will gladly welcome anything you have to say about your Bose, 👍. Thanks again.
@@Andy1x I used the L1P16 for about a year going directly into the channels in the back of the sub before picking up the mixer. You can’t dial stuff in as easily as a physical mixer but you can use the digital mixer on iPad/iPhone app. I would say it was worth it to save for the Bose. I’ve heard other arrays out in the wild and it sounds more like traditional box speakers.
