Yes, it's indeed highly doable to get your hair back as healthy as they were earlier. But, you need to strictly obey some rules.
Rule #1 - Once you rise early in the morning, have at least 1 glass of warm water.
Rule #2 - You should rub your nails, which is also called balayam.
Rule #3 - Apply reactivate serum by liitllextra everyday.
Rule #4 - During each weekend, get curd from a market and mix half a lemon in it, keep it overnight. Use this on your scalp the following morning
Rule #5 - Never apply oil to your hairs in daytime, since there is too much pollution and dust outside. The application of oil can lead to dust remaining on your hair for a prolonged duration
Adding these 5 rules into your routine will encourage hair growth and improve the strength and thickness of your hair.

I would like to point out that this mainly works for women.
Because they don't suffer from Male Pattern Baldness, they often have Telogen Effluvium as a hair loss problem.
If you are a man, the overall treatment differs significantly from what women should do, and you must do different things.
Because ladies have lower amounts of Free Testosterone, this gets converted to DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) in much smaller quantities, and that's why often times they won't have hair loss but hair thinning.

I'm a 29 woman with an inherent androgenic alopecia that I found out existed the recent past 5 years with a big flare up last year that ended in me losing most of my hair and I ended up wearing a wig for a couple of months. After doing everything, from the he prp injections to going to a clinic to see if I can reverse things with some transplants some lotion some more effective things, anything I was prescribed to regain and it ended up in adding to my hair loss! So when I lost almost everything hair wise and had only very weak fussy hair and little in quantity left, I started approaching things holistically. Till this day I'm using minimum 4-5 days a week scalp oiling, from a mix of carrier and essential oils, such as rosemary oil (it has the same effect as rogain and regain and finasteride without the side effects and the extra, paradoxical, shedding), sweet almond oil, a tiny bit of castor oil, argan oil, jojoba oil making it in total a bottle of 200-300 ml of these base oils and 3 drops of rosemary essential oil 1-2 drops of tea tree oil and 1-2 drops of peppermint mint oil. This is the miracle mix. It regrew my hair and that mayde me tear up. I'm still struggling with hair loss but now i have my HAIR back. It's short and still falling sometimes but not to the extent it did, so now I keep on doing it, threw the wig forever of course to the bin (thanked it although for being an alternative solution to some of my lowest months), and I have even short curls now. Still it literally reversed it! Nature is a weapon for our benefit if we use it correctly and with respect and responsibly. Of course I do other things in combination such as: using a hair serum with peptides from the brand "the ordinary" and now I'm going to start dermaroling at home cause it literally creates space for hair follicles to grow and helps your scalp get rid of the build up. Also use a bit of supplements inconsistently tho, but I'm trying my best, mostly plant collagen peptides in powder when I have the money and when I don't I try to eat flaxseeds for the omegas and tuns snd protein and yogurt for the Collagen. Eggs as well. I also try to eat a variety of legumes and I also have D vitamin deficiency and an inflammatory desease that worsens my hair loss so I supplement on d as well. Sometimes, rarely I'll take that vitamin that I'm inconsistent with, that containts it all, it's a complex of vitamins minerals etc, a british brand I don't remember. Also I'll begin to use a scalp conditioner and I'm always avoiding sulfates which blocks the skin barrier of the scalp hence it's unhealthy. Also some biological vinegar (rarely) to thicken the hair and sanitise basically the roots and occasionally I add caffeine grounds of instant coffee in my shampooing (making a frappé basically 😂) cause it has antibacterial benefits. I've also heard that pumpkin seed oil blocks the dht hormone that promotes hair loss. So I'll start using that as well. It's still a struggle but also a privilege to be able to follow through with those things cause they really do help. But it's a hassle and you have to stay consistent.

Would be neat if there could be a treatment available down the road where they literally just alter the primary genes responsible, possibly altering the pathways for pattern hairloss, then make it a shot for children, along with the vaccines they're given when they're small, theoretically we could erase baldness once and for all as by the time they would grow up as adults they're no longer a carrier, so their children will likely not have it either, i think i will be able to do this one day, essentially weeding out the genes from the gene pool, doing what nature should have done long long time ago.
