Very informative, makes me more confident to do my own.
If you take your time and dont get panicked, you can do it. Just stay calm and take your time! Thanks for watching!
Awesome thank you
Sure! Glad it helped!

Thank you!
Nice tutorial , slow steady and the water makes a big difference to be able to take your time 👌
Absolutely. If you want it to turn out right, you definitely need to take it slow! Glad you found the video useful! Thanks for watching.
best video with solid tips
Hey GJ! Thanks. Glad you found it useful!
thank you thats exactly what I NEED
Sweet girl! I hope your stickers turned out great on your CR85!
Great video used this method for a while with out problems
Hey James! So glad it helped. Thats a bit of an older video I did, but the info is still valid! I now use a soft cloth over the edge of the squeegee to make sure I don’t put scratches on the stickers. Thanks for commenting and watching!
No worries thanks for sharing the video
I watched a number of videos and I’m glad I found yours. This is obviously my first time doing it and I want it to be perfect. The water is going to help a lot. I’ve done thin stickers on glass in the past and that was the only way to do it. Lots of water!! My heat gun and graphics come in tomorrow and I’m very excited to wrap this bike up. Thanks for a video that actually helps.
Hey Forrest! Thank for the nice comment. Take your time and don’t panic and I’m sure it will look great!!
@@brian.d.mobley I did most of them today. They came out real nice. Wish I could post a picture. Looks pro!!
@@forresttaylor6849 Post it on Instagram or Facebook!!!
@@brian.d.mobley do I need new plastics or do I just have to wash them really well ?
@@forresttaylor6849 did you use new plastics or washed them really well ?
Awesome man
Thanks! Hope it helped you!
Hey guys this worked flawlessly you just have to keep working it with the heat gun and pressing it down and working it out like you're making a pizza or something until it's perfect. I used an old credit card as my initial squeegee and then just used my fingers for the rest and let it cure indoors overnight for 24 hours.
So glad it helped! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment.
Thank you!@@brian.d.mobley
Hay nice work brian I am starting my full rebuild on my cr85 05 I was wondering what size socket fits the steering stem nut
Oh man. I dont remember! I think a 32mm.... Sorry. I just dont recall.
Blisters on the thumbs. How do you deal with bubbles?
Hi Kobwo1. If you spray plenty of soapy water, you should not get any bubbles. But, if its too late for that, you can puncture them with a pin or a needle and try to work out the air.
Oh yea this was good
Thanks! Hope it helps you!
Do you have soap in that water sprayer? Great video by the way,,,,
Hi Marq. Yes. And it doesn’t take much soap, BTW.
Hay Brian im doing top end rebuild purchase, what size piston and reliable brand should I get is a eBay purchase safe enough to purchase, the cylinder is a good stock cylinder, not resleeved.
I like OEM, honestly. i dont buy engine parts like that on eBay. You just dont know what you are getting.
If you know the part number and use it to search on eBay you can get OEM. Partzilla and most all companies sell on EBay. Iv done 2 whole bikes with nothing but eBay . Also if you can't find it, just Google the part and somewhere down the list will be an EBay list for it. It's like eBay can't find there own listings, but google can. Also the OEM part number is a must but googl can help with diagram and it just takes some time.
Should plastic be removed or is it best to leave them on the bike?
I prefer having the plastic off the bike.
What type of soap did u use
Hi. Just a very small amount of Dawn. It doesn’t take much.
How much soap do you put in
Hey Bobby! It does not take much. In a gallon of water, maybe a tablespoon. The soap just acts as a little lubricant to make it possible to manipulate the sticker before you squeegee out the excess water. Hope that helps.
@@brian.d.mobley thanks !
@@ctw_bobby6101 Sure! Thanks for watching!
After a couple of years, some decals edges are lifted. What is the best way/product to stick them back, even if the decals sticky side are sandy ? Thank's
I really don’t know a good method other than replacement. Sorry I can’t help more.
Where seller did you get the graphics from
Hi Nasir. A company called, AVIK. They sell on eBay.
@@brian.d.mobley ok thank you
@@bigmoneynasty564 sure! Happy to help
I only use a hair dryer now.. apparently I'm not good with a heat gun 😂
Ha! It’s s little tricky! It’s a less-is-more thing!
@@brian.d.mobley I'm sure I could do it on another go but I'll be patient with the hair dryer lol
Very helpful, mate. Thank u, u saved the day, literally 😂😂
