    Dude I’m a pretty decent powerlifter that just switched over to CrossFit and yea I can’t do the unbroken toes to bar with kipping, my upper quad hip flexors seized up so bad and I can’t even lean forward due to mobility, time to seriously improve 👏

      Typically we do sets of 10. And depending on how much your quads seize up...3 sets

    Thoughts on using ab straps if grip strength isn't good?

      We would recommend focusing on improving ones grip strength as it translates to so many movements and we would never want that to be a limiting factor. Using ab straps will increase the disparity between your grip and core strength.
