I'd probably use the Super Dragon Balls to bring back Planet Vegeta and all of its inhabitants that died from Frieza destroying it, simply because Frieza would have to live in the same universe as the Saiyan race once again, and he knows if he destroys the planet again, Vegeta would send him right back to his own little corner of the afterlife
