The video is focused on the NPC's perspective. Pretty sure if you saw, let's say a car with wings, then you wouldn't just be able to tell the name of it immedietely because you've never seen it! That's what this means.
This video kinda just put in perspective how chaotic GTA really is

There ought to be a 'GTA' movie,
but told through the eyes of an NPC that has become self aware, trying to survive and escape their crazy world.
There is a movie, it's called 'Free Guy'.
Why escape it? Everyone is immortal (perfect healthcare and that noone seems to age in a 8 year old game), car repairs are cheap, you can run around the streets dressed how you want, your home is indestructable etc.
To be honest a GTA movie sounds like an interesting idea, but i think it would be better if it followed a NPC convincing a "real person" that its basically paradise in its own weird and crude way.
