When you catch Aidin's video early, you're day is made
Means the world!
I bought my first camera after being incredibly inspired by so many filmmakers on YT. Then immediately became discouraged because it felt impossible to create something I liked. That was about 5 months ago. Today, I'm working on my first short little film sequence all because I finally just decided to try. Still learning the basics, but have been pushing myself to go out and just do it, to just pull out the camera and see what happens. Your videos are so inspirational and just, encouraging. Thank you!
Mee too , still researching and learning , i have created some cinematic movie but not up to the what i want. Stil lot to go
Coffee without sugar is like cinematic music without sound effects. That’s tip number 0.
Polarizing but I can't disagree
Excellent 🙌🏼
Awesome dude! We need more “2024 videos like this one” PLEASE! 🙏🏻
Awesome work
Ive gotten a lot of inspiration from your style and editing techniques. Another great video here, well done. Had not thought about the lighting that way before, so I learned something again
Glad you could pick up something new!
Always love the vibe in your videos, Aidin!
I just love your color grading, such a moody and mysterious vibe it delivers.. Thanks for the tips!
Oh, little audio tip: when you're dealing with all that wind noise, use a high pass filter in post to knock out a lot of that distracting buffeting sound. I know keeping some adds realism, but rolling off some low end will make a much more pleasant experience.
thanks for the tip
I learn so much watching this channel, just got my first camera and im gonna use all I learn from you. Your a amazing teacher Aidin, keep creating.
loving those timelapses from the interior
Love it. Valuable info out there. Thank you Aidin.
That intro was just such a vibe! 😎👌 I really really really need to return to Shenandoah National Park and catch some of these vibes 🤔 Thanks for the tips! I'll definitely be applying these to my workflow!
Absolutely homie! Pretty much the same landscape you see here 😉
I randomly landed on this video, and I just want to say it’s amazing it was very informational, relaxing, and pleasing to watch. I have been procrastinating for a couple of days or a video… And after watching your video and hearing everything you had to say... It really inspired me! Thank you so much!!! Keep it going your work is very good! !!!🙏🏾🙃
Thank you very much! Greetings from Hungary!
Amazing 👏🏻..
The colour luts are really amazing.
Yeah ‼️🥂🏴☠️
Tip number 4 is the best tip of all . Thank you Aidin I will definitely try to use it most of all.
Every time I watch a video of yours I learn so much valuable information it's actually overwhelming. Thanks for the help m8
Learned lots Thanks,
Mike
BEAUTIFUL WORK SIR
woow amazing >>>>
Long travels alone and on a very early time just to shoot - such dedication is admirable 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Means the world!
This is possible when u do, what u ❤️
I so much needed to hear the last point, thanks man!
A big one!
Another great video with helpful info.
You make great videos. I’m going to have a go at taking RUclips seriously and the way you build the story of what’s happening as you focus on a topic is so good. Really enjoyed this one and self portrait video
Great video, brutha! Setting all those shots up keeps you in good shape, too, especially up and down hills!
The minute details that people dont recognise but feel it in your videos makes it special
These are all great tips, I especially agree with that last one. I'm actually going to visit the blue ridge mountains in NC this summer. It looks like such a nice place to shoot!
Glad you enjoyed! Hope it's a great trip- fingers crossed you get some good weather!
@@AidinRobbins Thanks! :)

Amazing video! 🔥
Dope stuff man❤❤
Awesome Video👍
Another great video 👏
Thank you!
Inspiring!
thanks good tips!!
its made my day!
I was hoping to see more about which lenses he uses, how he uses them, motion while using them to film etc. But I still love this guy's work. Always solid! 🤙
Lenses are always linked in the description! (and all of the other gear used)
Great tips Aidin! You make what can be considered bad weather for a shoot look magical n your vids. Would love to know how you mount your cams for the in car driving shots.
Thank you! Just a tripod and persistence for the car shots
Every video is a masterpiece
I loved the video and the audio +1 I connect my lappy to a vizio sound bar.
Awesome vidoe quality addins am your subscriber from last 2year and I love to see your videos literally
Really appreciate the support and kind words!!
@@AidinRobbins thanks for replying to me and your new york videos are truly beautiful and sound quality is dame good 🔥
Aidin a Goat

The best .. thanks burry
Interesting! Thank you for sharing it. Nice video and cool scenery. ✌️
Glad you enjoyed!
It's amazing. 🥳✨
That was soo good. I will use tips in my new videos. I'm just wondering, how to make such a cinematic colour of video?
Great video, men!
It's Amazing
ahh that color u make is epic man!
Glad you dig it!
I'm liking those In-Car Timelapses, damn that's smooth
Thanks Justin!
I’m sorry Aidin, this is gonna sound like the dumbest question ever asked on RUclips 🙈 but…. Do you make these vids all on your own?
If you do (and I’m hoping you do) then I’m just in awe of the amount of effort you put in 👏👏 Just one shot of you walking away from the car means setting up the camera, walking back to the car, getting the shot, back to the camera, set it up again, repeat…. I’m exhausted just thinking about it!
Please don’t tell me it’s all an illusion and you have a production team with you 🤣🤣
Anyway, great, great work and thank you!
amazing 😍👌🙌
Love those moody timelapses.
Your videos 🔥🔥🔥
Always moody vibe loves it.😍
Hey Bro.. I'm from India.🇮🇳 I use Cannon eos r with only 50mm. Your video always inspire me and helpful to.. My some sony photgrapher friends always say. Sony camera is must for video. Rather, i also thought that. But when i saw videos, my mind chnaged completely. In future i definetly buy those lenses which do you use. Right now my condition is really bad. I have got cancer. 😊 but it's a life.. So thank you buddy.. For everything.. I wish.. I can be like you😇😇. Take care Namaste 🙏🏻
Beautiful brother
Big Fan of your videos. From India.
great!
I really like your shooting style and color grading, it's so calm and enjoyable to watch. maybe you should make LUTs so people can buy, or download for free: DD
Glad you dig the colors! Definitely prefer teaching grading rather than tossing out LUTs though 😉
Always am inspired by your videos, btw would love to see how you set up your in car shots? Imean like how did you place your tripod in the car etc ..:)
Thank you! It's typically a matter of jamming the feet into various parts of the car until it feels steady- tricky process but it's doable. Each shot typically ends with the camera falling over
@@AidinRobbins heheh, oh well its so nice to know the real story, u make things look so effortless in your videos that I cringe thinking of how u do some of the shots you do , hehe , thks for sharing bro
LOVE UR GRADING STYLE TOO
Thank you! Stoked on the colors in this one :)
@@AidinRobbins yes
Great content as always. How did you get those super smooth car ride timelapses?
Your videos are amazing man! Question, how do you get those sturdy car shots from the interior? Are you suction cupping the camera to the window?
"It's not good but it is." Finally someone who understands coffee like I do. 😂
It's a complicated relationship
How did you mount your camera in the back seat that was such a good shot
Hi Aidein, Was wondering what your aspect ratio and or dimensions are. Also thanks for such awesome content. I have been doing video for decades now and you are teaching me so many good things!
Thanks so much! Aspect ratio here is 18:9 or 2:1 :)
superb
Dang these videos and shots are awesome! What is that place?
you are my Teacher Hence i dont have equipment but soon i will complete my Kit In Sha ALLAH
Great advise. I do have a suggestion. How about showing us how you set up you camera for filming yourself while in the car ?. getting into the car 0:36. , -side take --0:56--.- The how you change its position 1:25, ... then again, you change its position 2:45. I know, it probably is very basic. But it would help me and probably others that love the way you do things. (if you have already done, or know what I should be looking for (the word in English-9 can you please point me in the right direction to find it?) Thank you.
Will definitely be covering this in the next vlog, getting so many questions about the car angles haha. It's really just a matter of positioning my tripod to wedge itself into various parts of the car- slow process but doable
@@AidinRobbins Thank you. I am sure you will share a couple of tricks , where I will go .. "Oh....I seeee"....
Great video. Be careful if you are out hiking in cotton clothing. Synthetics or wool would be a safer choice especially in wet conditions. Cotton is great to wear AFTER your hike. Cheers!
Is the car drive at 2:00 a time-lapse or you did a regular
shooting and fast forward? so freaking smooth I couldn't tell the difference!
Just a regular video sped up in post, with some motion blur added to smooth it out :)
You for sure earned those tacos!
Love from 🇮🇳🇮🇳India
Great Videos
Appreciate the support!
Noted ! On it 💬
Have u considered making a course?
How do you mount your camera so stable in the car?^^ Great Video!
Hey aidin im looking out for a new camera my 5d mk3 just died and i don't have that kind of budget can you do a review of lumix g7 with some photos and videos
very nice video! i would like to see you improve sound design and learn from how you do it.
"caffeine and sugar, that's what proppells me"
~ aidin, 2021
1:27 love the angle of the camera of the time lapse in the car, what was supporting the camera?
My tripod wedged into the backseat :)
Очень круто!
The image quality of your videos has become much better since you began shooting the majority of video on the S5. It's insanely sharp. For A-Roll I still prefer the R though. Out of focus faces are quite unsatisfying, haha.
Glad you've noticed! Loving the S5 more and more as I've gotten more used to working with it- except the autofocus haha
Hey buddy ❤️
We need color grading tutorials in this footage my brother ☘️🌻
I've made sooooo many my g hahaha. Always down to dive into specific parts of the process you're curious about, but it's gotta be specific! ;)
@@AidinRobbins ya brother I have already tried many many time to get color like you in my videos but I can’t I don’t know why I cannot get that color in my video I am too much curious about it ? I have tried to much hard to get that look in my videos
@@AidinRobbins aidin and we want to know that how you use to color grade city area footage
Do you have someone helping to film from the backseat, or my question is how do you place your tripod or possibly gimbal to be stable on your seats?
Tripod and persistence
Quick question , do you use camera or go pro inside car ? Cheers mate and awesome work !!
My camera + tripod for the car shots!
There is always story!!
Even you make breakdown or editing tutorial videos.
Always the goal!
what fps do you shoot timelapse on the car? 24? or 60?
