I love Switzerland!!! Interlaken was my first holiday abroad in 1968 - a school trip travelling by train from UK and overnight couchette from Calais. I've returned several times since and am always lost for superlatives to describe just how beautiful the Bernese Oberland is......but can never forget travelling the route of your video to Grindelwald - and realising we were really looking at the mighty Eiger. The way 'everything works' so effortlessly in Switzerland without a fuss makes travel so easy!
These trains impress me more than the pure-bred 1:4 mountain climbers - these are a full-size long train that can also climb a 1:8 gradient at a decent speed. Thanks for posting this.

Thank you for another excellent video. At the beginning you emphasize the Interrail and Eurrail Passes are not valid on this train. But you should have also said that the excellent Swiss Travel Pass IS VALID (as is the General Abonnement bought by many people resident in Switzerland.)

Thanks. You can either walk for 15 mins from Grindelwald train station to Grindelwald FIRST Gondola station or board a Bus from bus stop station near the train station. Bus ride takes ~2 mins to the FIRST stop.
