  • HOW TO DISCONNECT TRANSMISSION LINE ON DODGE, CHRYSLER, JEEP, FIAT
    If you cannot remove or disconnect transmission line on your Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler or Fiat car we will show you what needs to be done to disconnect transmission line. If not disconnected correctly you can damage your transmission cooler or lines which could be very costly to replace. In this video we demonstrated how to disconnect the transmission line on Dodge but the same design has been used in multiple Chrysler, Jeep and Fiat cars.

    Hello Auto Repair Guys! I fixed a leak from those lines on my Dodge Charger. My question is, is the oil from those lines the same oil from the transmission?

    Did you have to remove anything to be able to get at these to get them off, like the metal mounting plate or whatever it is called that goes across the top of the radiator??? It seems like it will be impossible to get at these lines on the 2009 caravan without removing other stuff??? Any help is appreciated!!!! Ty

    I have the tool for disconnecting that connector, but where the metal tube is screwed into the radiator, is it just metal to metal or is there a washer that is supposed to be in between?

    Can you please show me how to return the line back. When I remove the line I connected it back but all transmission oil came out while I was driving. Now I waiting your response so I can do this properly. Thanks in advance

      You just put the clip in with the 3 little notches in the holes in the radiator part. Then push line on

      If it still leaks then u need to replace the whole adapter to screw in then.

      Runs transmission fluid through the radiator to cool the transmission.
