    Need help we are running the pcd in a empty load at a sterile cycle 5/1 I am use too running it in a load over the drain at 5/30 can you give me some info it 3 m.

      Obviously it always depends on specific model number of the PCD's and the autoclave, but Bio's should always be ran on the same cycles you will be using. If you process your normal instruments on 5/30, then the PCD must test the 5/30 cycle. Also, the PCD must be placed in the area that "presents the greatest challenge" according to AAMI which is almost always above the drain.

      Thank you that is what I thought and what I have learned but tell someone who is resistant is hard.I can believe jacho didn’t catch it they have been to the hospital twice and the guy from hspa came for a Evaluation but he was only there for an hour so he just caught the basic stuff.

    Hi purchased the exam bundle and on test1 question 5 tell me how do I breakdown that question? in the 9th edition book Vivo or matrix or polysaccharides isn’t mentioned in the book

      Yes, they did modify the definition of biofilm in the 9th edition. I have a new version of the tests coming out shortly that correct that definition change. The new edition will also provide page locations for the answers in the 9th edition manual. You will have access to the new version when it comes out soon.
