Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Ice cubes as required
-Olper’s cream chilled 400ml
-Fruit jam 2-3 tbs
-Condensed milk ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence 2 tsp
-Papita (Papaya) chopped ½ Cup
-Kiwi chopped ½ Cup
-Saib (Apple) chopped ½ Cup
-Cheeku (Sapodilla) chopped ½ Cup
-Banana chopped ½ Cup
-Grapes chopped ½ Cup
-Tutti frutti chopped ¼ Cup (Red + Green)
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Directions:
-In a large dish,add ice cubes & place a bowl on it.
-Add cream & beat until soft peaks form.
-Add fruit jam,condensed milk,vanilla essence & beat until well combined.
-Add papaya,kiwi,apple,sapodilla,banana,grapes,tutti frutti,pistachios,almonds (you can add any non-citrus fruits of your choice like mangoes,berries & pears) & fold gently.
-Transfer to a serving dish & spread evenly,cover its surface with cling film & freeze for 8 hours or overnight in a freezer.
-Garnish with pistachio,scoop out & serve1

-Large bowl mein ice cubes dal ker ek aur bowl rakh dein.
-Cream dal dein aur soft peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Fruit jam,condensed milk aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Papita,kiwi,saib,cheeku,banana,grapes,tutti frutti,pista aur badam (you can add any non-citrus fruits of your choice like mangoes,berries & pears) dal ker gently fold ker lein.
-Serving dish mein dal ker evenly pheela lein aur surface ko cling film sa cover ker ka 8 hours or overnight kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein.
-Pista sa garnish ker lein aur scoop out ker ka serve karein.
