I used the "Behind Me Lies A Farm" line as part of worldbuilding for one of my D&D gods. Maurn the Weary is not a god of war, but a god of soldiers. And he is married to the goddess of agriculture. For every soldier wonders if they will return to their farm, and longs for the day when they can fix their sword back to their plow, and twist their spear back into a scythe.
Atreus ❤️ what i like about him is how he embraced himself as a mortal, instead of making it as his weakness, he made it as his most powerful weapon, his will power to survive, and to push forward as a mortal and not as a god(aspect) Just an info, The real Pantheon is dead, but the vessel which is Atreus is still alive (the aspect of war was controlling Atreus before, but now Atreus has control over his body because the Apect of war died) which technically means he bacame the Aspect of War after the Pantheon died because of Aatrox. That is why when you look at Pantheon's splash art, you will see a very big scar in his chest, that's when Aatrox stab him with his big sword. "The god died, The man lives." So yea, Atreus is still called Pantheon because he is an Apect Of War- a mortal called Atreus. The Apsect of War is called Pantheon, thats why he is still known as the Pantheon.
@@AvanteReacts In the call, the latest MV where you saw Pantheon Climbing Mnt Targon, He climbed the mountain as a Man. His Powers of a god were sealed within him due to his doubt in himself. During an ingame arch called the Ruination, there was a Fallen King called Viego, going around and corrupting people turning them against their loved ones and enslaving them to Viego using their weaknesses against them. Pantheon was one of these people. Viego could not over come Atreus, but instead reached deep within him using his power to resurrect The Pantheon, the Aspect of war. Who resurfaced and took over Pantheon's mind and body as a slave to Viego, leaving Atreus Dormant in his own body again. After the Events of the Ruination, Pantheon lost all of his self worth and respect and became traumatized. However After a pep talk and a subtle beat down from His "Brother's wife" and his friend, he picked up his spear and shield and ascended targon. Which is seen in the video. As a Man, he climbed the most dangerous mountain in all of LoL lore, he fought the guard at the summit as a Man, barehanded because he did not wish to harm mortal men with his weapons. And fought an Aspect of the Sun's Avatar As a Man. Only then when he was struck down from the mountain AS A MAN, did he wake upon a vast and carnage ridden battle field, seeing how Man, was but a means for the Aspect's whim he reignited his worth, his self respect, and his willpower and thus his godly powers and ascended through the skies to challenge the gods once again. When it comes to Lore, Pantheon's is probably the Most fleshed out in the game. Or at least one of them, I have only told you a brief paragraph of the shit Atreus has been through.
@@SuperMonstermadness Important to know that before ruination he didnt have his powers becayse aatrox killed "him"(the aspect of war) but he himself survived
In short: Atreus was never the best warrior but when his land faced an invasion, he and his best friend climbed Mount Targon, seeking for help from the gods. During the climb his best friend died and when Atreus reached the top the Aspect of War deemed him unworthy to receive their help and instead forcibly took over his body. Thats how Atreus became Pantheon. When he lost during an encounter with Aatrox, Pantheon got impaled and the Aspect died, leaving Atreus mortal again. Aatrox couldn't care to kill Atreus, that's how he managed to survive. Now Atreus still has Targons Spear but refuses to use the power of the Aspect because in his eyes the Gods are no better than the Darkin.
Atreus might be right when he said you wont hear the howl of a god as they die, cos he survived the blow that killed Patheon, the Aspect of War. The blow that killed a god and it's constellation, only managed to leave a scar on Atreus. You can see why he spit at the gods
League of legends is playable... if you mute your random team members first and never touch the chat function. If you ever pick it up, get very familiar with the mute options. Chat, pings, emotes. It will save you a lot of headaches.
Man you missed one of my favorite lines! "I fight until the blood takes the spear from my grasp, until I can only crawl. And even then, you will not defeat me, even then, I will spit in your face!".
Coming from some that started playing shortly after the beta: Every champion is only as good as the person using them and none of them are hard to understand. That being said, Most get really good at champ mechanics but learn very little or nothing about anything else. The hard part is learning what to do, where to be, when, and how to correct mistakes that you or your team does and it's not a friendly game for beginners. If you're sure you'd like to start, the best way is to get 4 friends to play with you and learn together so you don't have to worry about random people making it more difficult. If you can't then get at least a couple to play with you cause people tilt so easily over nothing. It can be super fun but also not so much depending on who you're with. If you absolutely can't get anyone then I'd turn off chat and focus on just learning for the first few games so you don't get distracted. Remember though that most games last anywhere between 20-60 minutes. But I've seen a single game last 3 hours and if you leave then you can get banned from games after some time so it can be a major time sink. I stopped playing cause it just eats too much time.
if you want more darkin content i highly recommend you watching Aatrox, Ryze and kayle special card interactions by Skinspotlight they tell you a lot about darkin lore and there are interaction between darkins too
That one picture is just Pantheon casting smite (a jungler spell in the game) on what I assume is Nocturne , an enemy jungler. About playing or not playing league , if you have a team of 5 friends who can jut have fun by all means play with them , alone ? nope , do not xD Even though the toxicity is less than few years ago it still happens a lot , plus it's just way more fun with friends. About how good is one character against another well it depends who you ask and when. Since league is ever changing from patch to patch it can get shuffled a lot. One thing I can say with certainty is that in lower ranks it barely matters who you play as long as you yourself can play them well (and if it's not a completely troll pick even though some of those can work well too).
@@AvanteReacts That's understandable , I've played this game for many years now and I do remember getting into it can be quite difficult at first. But now I really love this game.
A once warrior strong enough to be ascended but turned corrupted or an incompetent soldier who was deemed unworthy but prevailed and triumphed with sheer will. For me, it was obviously Mantheon: Atreus. Nasus is better than Aatrox as he didnt turn into Darkin and that says a lot.
Man I love pantheon's voice lines. When I was at my lowest his quotes really gave me motivation to continue
you can see more darkin related voice lines and interactions in Kayn and Rhaast, hope you react to that next
Kayn and Rhaast talk to each other right? I'll try that soon.

YES. I love how he took his weakness as a mortal and embraced it. Thank you for the rest of the info as well.

Don't know if you noticed but in pantheons base skin splash art you can see Aatrox's head behind him
Woah, did not notice that!
Holy shit, I never noticed this!
Oh no, you found my gym playlist
Pantheon has massive DILF energy, I can admit this because he’s my main

Wing and flame is referring to kayle an aspect of judgement
No its his dragonslayer skin, that line plays at the start of a game when he has the dragonslayer skin equipped and there's a dragon in the enemy team
I'm guessing everyone should add this in your gym playlist

Aatrox fought him, and killed the aspect of war, now he is a normal man.

I've added Jhin to the list. He seems super mysterious in a good way.

Why skipping the voice lines in the end. Those we're the best. To bad.
Please react to the Aurelion Sol quotes
Just uploaded it!
As a pantheon onetrick, league is only worth playing for pantheon
If ya don’t wanna play league, you can try wildrift, it’s the mobile version of the game and it’s more casual friendly, 😊
