I think why people don’t like Tennessee is that there isn’t much designer/precious metals .As someone who doesn’t care about names any location that has vintage is up alley❤But then again…this isn’t my side gig 😂

Have you tried recalibrating it properly using the key on the side and doing cal for about 30 seconds then glass until it beeps and then repeat?. It takes several minutes but that may fix it. There are some RUclips videos on it that show you all of the steps and how many seconds/minutes for each step. Hopefully this will work for you. I wish you luck
Hi Doug- yes. This is the second time I had issue with the Presidum I bought in 2021, the first time it went back to Singapore for "repair", they replaced the whole machine. This time, it got it by a series of power surges, even though it was plugged into a surge protector. After calibration, the old machine would work maybe one or twice, then the needle will not move past the jade area. I bought a new machine and it works SO much better! I don't even have to calibrate half as much.

I'm glad your new one is working. I know they can be so finicky, and at the price, they should work better.
