Tbh I thought I would drop this game bc of the turn based battles but WOW it’s actually quite fun and pretty quick compared to other turn based games that I have played! I can definitely see myself playing this long time
I never play turn based game before but i also thought i will drop the game, but after few battles, i kinda find it fun to play lmao, bc it’s quite fast i guess. And the guide also kinda easy to follow

Same. I think i might drop it after a few hours but been playing it nonstop. I like the details of the character expression and how they cut the voice line to match the scene in 2x speed i mean they still talk 2time faster but it doesn't sounds weird this is the problem why I don't like turn base but I don't find it on star rail. Well not all of em tho like himeko voiceline i wish they would fix it.
Only if i was this invested in my studies 🥴

really like the system in star rail. new to the game but not the genre and its really satisfying when you are technically underleveled for a tough mob fight and still win. i just recently beat that lvl 16 mob in the starship with only like lvl 8-9 characters. you having no items mid fight makes you really think about your comp and your over all strategy going into a fight. ultimates are frequently obtained (which i like because of the visuals) and not overpowered. i just reached where i got gassed by sampo and im honestly having more fun that i thought with a gacha game.
The buildup for the craft essence bit was great 😂

I think the hardest part for me is gonna be figuring out who to invest in for early game, having a ton of fun with the game so far though!
I got to participate in the first CBT and it feels so good for Star Rail to finally be out and playable now that it feels a little unreal lol

It's almost as if Hoyoverse re-introducing CD player and the community is in shock lol. Turn-based RPG isn't new, but I guess it's pretty "new" to the new generation kids grown up playing GTA and soul-like games almost exclusively.
Ngl im not really into a turn base genre. But been playing it since the server open and it's almost 4AM now 💀 . I like the environment. the details of the character like seriously their expression are way better then Genshin despite coming from the same company.. still too early to rate the story tho for now is neutral for me. And i like the details when you chose 2x speed your character and their voiceline is not just become 2x faster but it cut out to match the scene well not all of them like himeko ... for combat well i have said that im not into it but im pretty much enjoying it so far the mechanic is easy to understand. The game has almost all the similarity to Genshin so is pretty easy to know what you are doing.
with the auto battle system of this game in farming is perfect for us peeps got a multitasking life on the computer
