Yup. Go for 2+2+2/4+2pc mainstats. Most of the resources should go first to character + LC level which can easily eat up resources, not forgetting Traces alongside relics.
with stellar that give hit chance % and light con that give deff down. yes my welt kinda hit hard after land that deff down, not hard as hunt character tho.
I know it's slow, but I love the fact that you can technically infinitely farm relic XP by defeating elite enemies in simulated universe, no trailblaze power required. That's amazing! Which means that once you get the sets you want to level, you don't have to use trailblaze power to farm more relics for xp if you have enough patience.
Bosses give a fair amount more so go for the boss if you can. I think I got 6 from W5 and 7 from W6. So for me currently, autoing W5 is far better for my sanity but worth doing considering that's triple? the first elite and probably requires less effort.
I just want to point out that the game gives out a free 5* defense set from TB level up before you hit TB 50. That makes two free defense sets(one purple set you get earlier) for your tanks.
Also there’s the fact that if you use your tb fuel at level 40 you’ll hit 50 a lot faster than people who saved. In the long run that will get you a lot more benefits since things like SU reset only on mondays and you’ll be able to farm tb 50 stuff earlier as well
@@Dante48909 that’s one tb fuel though, if someone is farming they’re going to be using a lot more than that. Like 14 for example, that’s 4,200xp which is like 2-3 days worth of xp and 2-3 days worth of time you’re in EQ4 while someone else is saving. Also speaking of dailies the xp for those increase as well so the faster u hit the next EQ level the better
I think no one talks about Asta's value tied to the rope sets in early game, she can basically make possible that you get all that bonuses without having crazy stats on your relics, I like that a lot
I think lvl 40 is the weird zone where there's no point rushing because there's no weekly rewards that you need a strong team for. My team is barely build but passed world 3 and 4 diff 2 of simulated universe with ease. Diff 2 isn't that different from diff 1 after all. Unless you can unlock memory of chaos and clear a stage or two, there's no real rush
Speaking about the traces, I agree that traces can be ignored for a time being unless they are the guaranteed stats as mentioned in the video. However, players should probably give trace priority to support units such as Harmony and Healer. In my opinion, Harmony units should be a top priority (focus on skill and ultimate), especially if you have Tingyun or Bronya and if any of y’all are running the Past and Future or Bronya LC.
hi, can u elaborate on why past and future LC should be the top priority? i got bronya and am running past and future on her so i'd like to know how i can further optimize her in my team
Just so everyone knows, unless you need the Lightning set right now, do not farm for the defense shield bonus set as Pom Pom will give you 5* pieces until it is eventually complete. Of course it will be a little while since they're at TL 44->47->50->53, but if you're good with the 4* set you got already, then it could be a waste to farm for that one at this moment. I'm not 100% sure if the main stats are always the same, but the 4* set Pom Pom gave me before were both Def% main stat, so I'd assume if it is fixed main stat then the 5* ones would be the same.
My suggestion would be to farm relics at 40 just to have a "useable" set on your main team. DEF on tanks, HP on healers, and _anything_ offensive on DPS. Then use fuel at 50 and start getting at least the right main stat and maybe some good subs if lucky, but not perfect. From 40 - 50 you can work on all the traces, levels, and light cones on main team and then sub team. But that's just how I would do it. It's up to you.
Yep I just hit level 40 now, and I've been doing this until then. I can confirm it's super helpful to have a couple decent generic sets to swap between your chars as and when needed. I currently have two generic wheat sets that I just give to whoever I need to do damage at that particular time, and it seems to be working well for me so far Of course this does mean you need to remember to do this micromanaging whenever you swap chars, but the benefits are quite worth it to be able to just whip out a fire character when you need it for a particular fight, for example.
@@doom7607 Honestly after getting a decent 5* set on your main team I would be farming / pre farming mats > relics anyways. Sure you get higher mat levels later, but the lower trace mats are going towards guaranteed upgrades. Relics are gamba, so I'd wait for better odds at +50 TL. Seems like a better use of stamina. But that's just me. You do you.
@@Yoru-desu13 that won’t help you for a long time and overall it’s a waste of energy you’re spending ten energy for a chance of a blue (in reality two greens) whereas you can pre farm get all your characters to trace 6 at trailzblaze 40 then you can farm traces at 50 for guaranteed blue and a chance for purple (9 greens)
It took me a little while, but I finally realized what the song at 13:27-14:28 is called, and it hurts that I didn't get it immediately. I chalk it up to it being so quiet under your voice. FFXIV's 'Neath Dark Waters' - it's such a pretty song. It was easily my favorite of Shadowbringers. It's been a while, though, since I heard it. I knew it was from Shadowbringers, just not which one, specifically. Have a wonderful day, and thanks for the tips.
I got Welt on my free standard pull, and he really helped me with the world 6 of the simulated universe. The thing that I loved about this game is there's an endgame that you don't need a high dps to finish, so most of my SU grind is on auto background while I work. I think one of my main problems right now is having no characters to break fire and ice shields, so I am now leveling Pela and Asta to be my shield brakers. And if you're lucky to have Bronya, or any high value support, put them in your profile. They give you credits when your friends use them. As much as I love Welt be put on my profile, Bronya gives me 2x credits than he is.
@@johnd7760 I auto Cocolia but using the destruction path. Got lucky that I got Welt on my free standard pull. I manage it by always choosing cards to maximize the destruction blessing to have shield and free destruction on lower hp. Destruction is good on Cocolia because destruction gives fire damage. But it will take a while to defeat it because my damage is too low, so I keep it in the background.
I don't think this is mentioned but you can get guaranteed progression even with four stars and without spamming relics at TBL40. And here's why you should save TB fuel for efficiency: -First of all, you can get 5 star relics just by farming for missions in dailies and weekly pass missions. The weekly bosses at TBL 40 equilibrium 3 can actually give 5 star relics! -In addition to that, if you're less than equilibrium 3, you could still get access to the simulated 5 star immersion pieces. The immersion rewards are arguably more efficient for farming because that they are more universal because of their two set bonuses. -The weekly bosses are extremely efficient and can give you both materials and 5 star relics to fill your slots and the overworld chest relics as well as the map currency shops for shield, etc... -The four star relics are more than enough to clear most of the content in the game along with the 5 star simulated gear which you will get by doing simulated for the reset rewards anyway. -But yes, if you want to progress your favorite character to the next level, or to do the forgotten hall abyss, by all means do so... It's just that I feel like clearing up this misconception about relics at 40 right now for characters being too "weak" without them
Coming from Genshin, I started farming all the level up mats as soon as they became available. I’ve been bitten by not having enough mats soooooo many times 😅. Not level 40 yet, but feeling good on having a leg up.
one thing that genshin already taught me is that it is much better to spend resin on leveling the character and make the content calm than to save it for later and farm random artifacts. By the time I hit trailblazing level 50 I should have already gathered some of those stamina items again. Or I think I don't suffer from FOMO at all so I can follow the game and have fun in peace hahah
I used about a thousand energy farming relics at 40 and feel like it was a complete waste. I got maybe two or three pieces that were useful. I got enough okay gear from all the open world stuff and main story that I didn’t even hardly notice a difference in difficulty going from equilibrium 2 to 3. Also, giving my healer the set that gives an extra skill point has been phenomenal for farming with Seele, especially when it’s multiple stages of groups of enemies.
I'm rank 44 and not had trouble clearing any content that's currently available using 4* equipment. I'm just gonna finish out traces on my main team before I start on sets.
@@randomcatname7792 its best for Bronya too. They value the speed and Bronya gets 100% crit chance on normal attacks (when you want to save skill points)
I'm gonna try and focus on 4-5 characters only and if possible keep it to one element each and then pre farm materials because I only hit 40 a few days ago and dailies + casual farming has pushed me to 42 already
@@Goujiki I agree but thankfully I managed to get Gepard on my beginner banner and Bailu from soft pity on standard with a surprise bronya shortly after. I'm main;y hankering for a DPS but I must save for Jing Yuan!
probably gonna farm preservation set first since gepard is my main unit and the set pairs with the lightning set that jing yuan will use. I'm very lost about what to do next. Probably some ATK set for Tingyun.
I'm TR 41 and so far I'm farming traces for equilibrium 4 as my 4 star artifacts are awesome, though I have to admit those 5 star artifacts are very tempting For now I have my seele with 55% critical chance and 100% critical damage
Getting a complete set of relics for your carries/main-dps (Seele, Yanqing, etc.) is too high of a power jump to NOT get at lvl 40. I went from my Seele hitting around 15-20k ults up to 35-45k just by getting the 5-star Quantum set and the Ornaments, so I do believe that getting even just one or two sets with the right main stats wouldn't be too much of a loss in stamina efficiency.
the thing is substats are pretty crazy in this game for example I have an healing set glove that I use on Seele because it has 15% crit DMG(that's 3 cit DMG rolls) on an epic relic that can't have crit as an main stat and I'm probably going to use it for quite a bit if I don't get lucky so that rules out every 4 piece from the get go
Traces before relics, is a no brainer in any AAA RPg game that has a skill tree. Also: passive abilities over active. The passive abilities cost no energy/skill points and give permanent improvement. Traces also provide a RNG free overall improvement on character's performance. So level up, improve traces, weapon (another RNG free improvement) then go relics.
Nice guide. I been farming some traces just to boost my hyper carry Seele x Bronya team for regular content, and working on Natasha and Tingyun. I have like 8-9 characters i want to level, but i will do like you said and gear them up after i at least ascend them.
@@Benji_The_Ghoul oh so u have these on the other team,ok. yeah ik, i use em both, though asta will be better late game, she's mostly for shield breaking cause speed buff isn't much for the moment.
Best reason to farm for traces: Unlocking what is the equivalent to Genshin's "Locked Talents" Cause they can have a major effect on the flow of battle, like Welt's one locked Trace Talent increases the damage enemies take by 12% for 2 turns after eating his Ultimate.
I personally made sure I could get my main 5-6 characters I play to level 60 with 60 LCs, and with (near) max traces, just to get the sure fire upgrades as you also mentioned :) Now I'm working on getting a second Purity set, as I got lucky with the 4 star pieces from ranking up, as they all had Def% mainstat. So getting a second set for March/Fire MC, while getting some pieces for Serval :) So far I'm really enjoying the game, can't wait for when we get to proper endgame with A6 characters and see what we can do ^^
I'd say it's proportionally efficient. Get to 50 faster, and then daily grind is more efficient sooner and for longer time. Vs saving up and taking MUCH longer to get there to then MAYBE be more efficient as 2 drops isn't guaranteed... AND you may just lose interest by how long it's taking now. I say use your fuel. All of it. Everyday. #Speedruns
I’m just working traces and ascension materials for my main 4, then will work on xp books and credits so once I hit TB 50, I can work on B squad traces for Memory of Chaos attempts. (B squad got first two floors done but only 2/6 stars)
I’m so addicted to the game that I use my gems and my trail blazer fuel to max my farming everyday! My Seele does 30-40k dmg in simulated universe lol and got my main team built to level 60 with all their traces done and with ok artifacts I mostly focused on Seele cuz she’s my main dps and now I’m farming for my husbando Jing Yuan
The only choice between "farm now" and "save to farm for later" is that the "later" will be... later. And later than if you farm NOW, at 40. And road to 50 will be more painful.
I am TB40+ now and there has been no issue whatsoever with 4* Relics, forgotten hall is mostly bait for you to "waste" fuel early for the few extra gems you get from it, just like in Spiral Abyss. So saving Fuel for later is a long time investment. With TB 50+ you reached the max Calyx for Exp! (Character and Light Cone) So thats a point where you can start using Fuel on that.
The thing is when does this efficiency thing stops? At 40 some will say save until 50 because the efficiency is better, but the same thing will apply when you are 50; people will say that with 60 the efficiency is of course better than before. This could continue until you reach the max trailblazer level and only then would it be most efficient to use them. The most objective advice is probably what you said. If you can handle everything now without many problems and have ok relics then save it. If you need a boost in strength then Char/Lightcone Level>Traces>Relics is the best way to go about it. Don’t waste all your power into Relics unless you have finished your character levels and traces because at this point in the game they matter more, since (good) relics aren’t that easily obtainable.
In regards to the using or not using the fuel items for efficiency. using it during the 40-50 grind gets you there faster Braxo mentioned about 2 week difference at 16:20 ish if that's accurate and you can get 240 trailblaze power (stamina) at peak efficiency per day. or 180 casually without buying/fuel. 14 days of daily stamina recharging gives 3360 stamina or 56 fuel at 240/day so by saving fuel you are potentially losing 56 fuel worth of more bountiful rewards. Of course things get tricky with comparing lvl 40 and lvl 50 rewards but I think getting higher faster is potentially more efficient or at the very least so close that saving is negligible
Tier prioties how to get power and surviability on chars. Step 1 lv char. Step 2 lv lightcone. Step 3 lv items. Step 4 lv traces char. Step 5 relics. Step 6 idelons .❤ However if you are grind thats fine you can do 5star on start but if you not grind. Then recommend start from 4 stars items. Reason is simple economy of resources.❤ Look on traces and lightcones how many resources you can lost in this time while you have to also exp chars and excedra.❤ Dont worry you get your 5 stars items later anyway. And if have to push into 5 star items then make barrier like for example i do it only for my main team which i [mostly play].
It takes 2.5 weeks to get from 40 to 50, without recharge. Whether to farm relic at 40 will depend on how much you plan to play the game during this period.
I think the Sim Universe World 6 is more efficient to farm than World 3 is. The Defence is really good on all preservation characters and the Crit Rate set is really strong for all DPS characters
W3 is also efficient. Fleet of the Ageless good for most if not almost all type of support. Max HP good for survivability and ATK% for all allies is good. The other set also ATK% and Speed. So, they're pretty much equal if not better. Edit: Meanwhile, the crit set "until the end of their first attack", so I assume the crit rate would be dead passive after the 1st attack. I heard you can stack that ATK% from ageless . Tho I still need more confirmation on that. But if that's true then it's better.
Crit set is a bait unless you're using Erudition units. And you generally will only have two Preservation units to care about at best. SU3.2 Attack set is basically BiS on nearly every damage character. The HP% is a permanent attack buff that everyone can use and stack regardless if they want the HP% or not.
I'm at Trailblaze Level (TL) 53, and I'm not a fan of the RNG involved in relics. Sure, it's nice once you get the main stats you need on the sets you need, but the amount of resources it takes to get there can vary widely. I've leveled up 13 characters to level 60, and 6 to level 70 (by level, I mean character level, light cone level, and important trace level). I like the certainty that I'm getting a boost by having a variety of characters and the flat percentage increase of traces. At TL 50, the amount of farming you need to do skyrockets. If I had spent all my fuels/daily resin and daily recharges on relics, I'd only be able to have one character at level 70 by now, and it would take a long time to farm and level up the rest. As the video said, you can either farm your BiS relics and then level up your characters, or you can level up your characters and then worry about relics once you're TL 60+. To be honest, the memories in the Forgotten Hall won't be efficiently farmed anytime soon, even less before TL 60. And any other content in the game can be done with any character at somewhat reasonable level, so there's no need to worry about it. So, it's up to you to decide what you want to prioritize first, in my case, have a good amount of characters at level with my equilibrium, which allows me to have more fun playing diverse builds.
14:55 as a minmax person i dont think saving fuel is a good idea, for those who argue that “later it has more value” if you use it early its like borrowing time you get to that later stage early compared to those who didnt use fuel but you cant hyper farm like that, but you will reach that lvl 50 around 8 days (around 30 fuel worth) earlier and during that 8 days you will also get the same amount of energy to spent also so basically net 0 but you lvl faster which makes you see more options which is why its better to spend it early
If you are casual and let your energy get to max everyday then this doesn’t apply since if the energy is max you alr waste the energy you could have gotten
i will ascend like 8-10 characters(elemental/type coverage) to 60 to make a core team. then level up all their light cones to 60. then level up all their traces to at least 4 - 6. then after that use whatever naturally recovered energy to farm the relic. then repeat again the first step after i can move up to the next ascension level.
The game gives me Yanqing and Bronya... My relics journey is a bliss.... Farming 1 domain... Junk planars from free immersion are salvaged for healer pieces...
I recommend going for traces and gold relics on your main DPS before anything else, then doing traces among the rest of your squad. Relics for your squad can then follow. You can alternate with levelling side characters while this goes on.
being f2p, I did it all backward. I spent all fuel to rush myself to TL40, mainly on EXP/LC EXP/Cash and ascension item pre-farm up to unlock 8 characters clvl 60 (also some traces unlock). because I believed that by rushing to TL40 fast I can saved a lot of time, progress story faster, unlock some game mode faster, gain crystal to pull limited banner faster. by the time I hit TL40 although I had 0 fuel I can still farm gold tier stuff with daily stamina regen. meanwhile, at the same time I hit TL40 most of people (who save all their fuels to spend after TL40 or 50) will hit a slow progression around TL35 and being punish by time gated from dailies and weeklies and will take days or week to TL40. the days difference between me and them will eventually become equal once they hit TL40 and starts spending their fuels. however, I still "ahead" of them in term of content progressing. so about total mats farm efficiency per stamina spend ? yes, I might get lower amount/tier mats because I've spent farming lower tier to rush TL40. but again, I can starts farm "higher amount/tier" before fuel savers for about 5-7 days ahead from daily stamina regen so... in the end, I might be slightly less, perhaps ? but I saw it no big deal anyway. and no, I didn't touch relic farming before TL40 (if weekly battle pass doesn't make me to). purple cowboy set is enough for every of my characters.
once more people start hitting 50, and the top players hit 60, those 60s are going to tell the 50s to wait until 60 to use powders as its more efficient. And then the same happens again at 70 and 80 and 90 and forever Long story short, use the powders right now if you want fast progression, or if you have limited played time and are happy to wait then dont use them. Thats pretty much it. It will always be "more efficient" use them later, but in that case you'll never use them until the last few levels and most of us would have quit long before then. Currently I dont intend on playing much and just doing some dailies and one mission or two, and thats about it, so im not concerned if my gear/characters are a little weaker. If I decide to dedicate more time and want to really push my progression, then ill use all the powders in 1 go in whatever is gating my progression the most.
Honestly for relics at this stage, on a piece with fixed stats (hat/glove) maybe aim for 1-2 substats on the right set (gold ideally, purple works), while on a rng piece, aim for even not quite BiS stat (i.e. attack on chest instead of crit rate) plus 0-2 substat (depending on main stat accuracy) preferably in gold again but purple still works just fine. Saves you from spending TOO long right now, and lets you get some initial raw stats to help you through until you come back later (you have a lot of characters to gear for now after all)
The biggest frustration I have with relic farming, coming from Genshin, is that this game gives you fewer rolls per day but it also wants you to have an additional piece per character + have 6 pieces of the correct sets (no off pieces) + farm for a greater number of characters due to the importance of breaks. Without refreshing we get 6 artifacts per day, where Genshin gives 9 per day and has less strict requirements. Considering that people (whales for sure, but still people) are able to clear the current Memory of Chaos with level 60/70 characters and awkward gear maybe this all doesn't matter because the checks aren't as hardcore but it sure seems like it'll take a lot longer to properly gear in this game, and it already feels lengthy in Genshin. It feels like a strange choice to make by the devs.
Bringing experience from genshin and honkai it's probably best to go with leveling the character, then traces about half way, then get serviceable relics, then traces the rest of the way, then work on getting the best relics for that character.
The biggest problem is being getting bored by game, so just think about it as - how this game could provide me as much fun as possible? Are you planing on playing it long enouth to wait up to 50+ or not? May be it worth to just play around 40-45 and stop, or even 30-35, so just use it and enjoy game as much as possible. It depends on your preferences. I personaly preffer to play less but with fun instead of playing for "decades" couse i spent some money on it, or time, or my frend play it with me, or whatever stupid reason outside of having fun. Games are for fun it theyir only purpose. Or main and first purposes atleast, without it most likely you will regret about time lost.
A nice video though i was already building up 8 characters since i find that having a character of every damage type and Path(maybe more) is very useful though Hunt characters seem more useful to have many of couse of their high damage. That said, actually farming is rough, even at E 3, since u burn through your trailblaze power like its nothing even if only to get 1 character to ascend to 60, so i my opinion its best to focus on ascending them and then their traces and light cones, since as u said, everything else scales off of them. Lets hope they make farming a little more bearable in whatever content update is coming in the future, couse i'd love to have more Fuel as reward.
Don't level straight to 60 if you've got a bit of patience and want to save a good amount of resources. Level to 57 and then full clear every map daily. Doesn't take that long and unlike Genshin the EXP is substantial enough to make it worth it. In a little over a week you'll hit 60 and in doing so save about 100 purple books worth of materials and however many credits it would have cost otherwise.
much of the current content is doable already with crappy relics (outside of memory of chaos) so 40-50 shouldn't be too hard to level through while skipping relic farm you'll get relics through echo of war and BP mission basically (8 runs/week)
Yeah.. I focused on levels, traces, and light cones for one team already, started on 2nd team so I can finally try to do floor 14 and 15 of forgotten hall
Me who farmed for Seele and got almost full set Gepard Relics (no Gepard) with god substats but bad (for anyone else) mainstats: listening intently despite being unable to remember anything said.
Yeah idk whats so hard tbh if you want relics then go for relics tbh i would go as far as to say dont even bother getting a second team kitted and lvled up till your reach TR 50 we all know the exp gap gets bigger and bigger and you will have all the time in the world to set a second team after 50
TL 47 here, maxing traces before touching relic farming. 3-star entire forgotten hall 1-15, 1star on moc 1-3, most relics only at level 9. Don't even have seele or a 2nd invested unit to use the moc blessing on the 2nd half. You aren't missing much by doing the traces first, and as he tried to say about relics "you will do them eventually anyway." I did use all the obtainable fuel, but using it on non-rng content is inconsequential. By the time i finish traces, it looks like ill be 49 or very close to it, so i could just as easily pre-farm ascension materials and hit 50 super quickly anyway to start relic farming and have some lvl 70 units/Lightcones.
I think the best course to go at TB 40 is forget relic farming. Focus on leveling Characters/Traces/Light Cones first and once youre done thats when you will star farming 5* relics. Upgrade your 4* relics for now
tl;dr if you use your fuel for farming at tr40 you get to tr50 earlier, letting you farm for (for example) an extra two weeks or so that would have been spent at tr40. I'm sort of confused because I think there is no difference between using your fuel at tr40 or tr50 because of the way trailblaze exp is gained. Quests dailys and one time rewards are the only other sources of trailblaze exp outside of actions that use trailblaze power. If we ignore those sources and construe them as just shortening the period of time before reaching tr50, then it becomes that you need a set amount of trailblaze power to rank up to tr50. It doesn't matter whether this comes from fuel or waiting for regeneration, as using fuel gets you to tr50 earlier, leaving you at tr50 for an equivalent amount of days that would generate the trailblaze power that you obtained from fuel, as opposed to obtaining all that trailblaze power for tr50 from waiting the time out and then using all the fuel afterwards. Either way, the power and fuel used in each case is equivalent is it not?
I personally think the BP in this game isn't as good as genhsin's. So I'm farming during 40 because I want to be able to level up more characters other than my main team. I got Himeko as my 2nd 5 star and she deserves those materials.
I only spend 1 day/week to farm relics, the rest goes to character/light cone exp, traces materials... Until I'm done with my main team, I'm not gonna all in on the relics xd
You can look at it both ways. Waiting until 50 might get you a bit more 5-star relics. But you'd also get more trace mats per stamina then as well, so doing relics now and traces after also has merit, etcetera. No matter what you do first, whatever you do later will give you more value per stamina and ultimately you're gonna need to do all of it regardless
@@raiveresterok Of course, but either way you're still gonna have to get both. Just a matter of what order you want to do things. I think my plan is getting just some baseline 5-stars for now (just right main stats on rainbow pieces and nothing more), then go back to all different kinds of materials and then leave the real relic grinding all the way until 60+
I was compiling data to see what the drop table difference is between equilibrium 3 and 4. There’s not a lot of data points for the latter since not a lot of people hit 50 at this point but from what I can tell, trace mat drops only increase by about 33% at equilibrium 4 vs relics who seem to be 50% increase since you have higher chance of getting a 2nd piece. Just comparing the efficiency of how much mats you get per stamina between 40-50 vs 50+, there’s a stronger argument to farm relics later. Then you add in the RNG aspect and the fact that after 60 ascension trace material and exp books requirements exponentially increase, wasting stamina to farm RNG relics 40-50 at a 50% inefficiency has lead a lot of gigawhales to regret their decision.
if I have world 6 should I farm that set? My characters are Tingyun, bailu/Natasha, fire mc, and himeko/dang heng when the new banner come out I am going to 60 the new dps
Now Im at TB 35 and already done to level up 6 characters i need to beat simulated universe. On characters building im more focus for beat simulated universe rather than forgotten hall. Because forgotten hall like spiral abyss who never touch it until later on end game. So, i can focus on atleast 6 characters. That more efficient than focusing on forgotten hall because u cant beat all of them right now. For simulated universe, there u can farm some materials more frequently.

Is he really 99 parse RPR tho? xD I am 99PARSE BRD and I have logs to prove it. xDDDD
First step of Relic farming is just to get the right mainstats... No need to hunt for those 30-40 crit value substats.
Yup. Go for 2+2+2/4+2pc mainstats. Most of the resources should go first to character + LC level which can easily eat up resources, not forgetting Traces alongside relics.

If you decide to use your fuel, use it for leveling characters, trails or light cones, things that you will use in the future and don't depend on RNG.
Don't use EVERYTHING for level your characters, use around 30% for relics, it's enough just to get some additional stats that a really valuable
Huh, I didn't even notice they drop relic exp. Guess I know what I will be doing today xD
If I have it right it's not infinite, it has a cap but still worth farming If you have the time
Its not infinitely, i think it cap at 100 elite per week
@@bachkhoi9450 that's not surprising, but it's still great that you can farm xp at all without trailblaze power.
That makes two free defense sets(one purple set you get earlier) for your tanks.
yeah im so glad one didnt have def main stat 💀
Also there’s the fact that if you use your tb fuel at level 40 you’ll hit 50 a lot faster than people who saved. In the long run that will get you a lot more benefits since things like SU reset only on mondays and you’ll be able to farm tb 50 stuff earlier as well
one tb fuel gives you 300 tb xp if you use it, not very much in the long run as 500 training power from your dailies gives you way more than that
@@Dante48909 that’s one tb fuel though, if someone is farming they’re going to be using a lot more than that. Like 14 for example, that’s 4,200xp which is like 2-3 days worth of xp and 2-3 days worth of time you’re in EQ4 while someone else is saving. Also speaking of dailies the xp for those increase as well so the faster u hit the next EQ level the better
Exactly. idk why these fuel hoarders are failing to use their brains to understand that...
@@PRESPOVERTY nah bro, 1 fuels only gives you 300xp which is 60energy/6hrs. 1day daily quest gives 1450xp/day (i think around tblvl 40)

I don’t use her lol, I don’t like that her ult doesn’t do damage
The timing could've not been more perfect 'cause I just literally hit TBLvl40 and a thousand things started running through my mind at once.

Yep me too, and I'll just farm character upgrade, at least 8 character first. Make them 60 and fully upgrade on traces and LC
I appreciate every time you call relics as artifacts 👌
They are the same, I refuse to believe otherwise.
its for the dumb audience to understand easier 💀
Well, Relic is a synonym of Artifact... so he's still technically correct in calling them such...
he has genshin stuff in mind :)
Great thing about hsr is that the grueling farming can be done without me playing at all because of auto battling, it’s great
Speaking about the traces, I agree that traces can be ignored for a time being unless they are the guaranteed stats as mentioned in the video. However, players should probably give trace priority to support units such as Harmony and Healer. In my opinion, Harmony units should be a top priority (focus on skill and ultimate), especially if you have Tingyun or Bronya and if any of y’all are running the Past and Future or Bronya LC.
hi, can u elaborate on why past and future LC should be the top priority? i got bronya and am running past and future on her so i'd like to know how i can further optimize her in my team
traces *LEVEL* can be ignored, major traces like cleanse on Natasha/Bronya is essential
Unfortunately they're not always the same.
I currently have two generic wheat sets that I just give to whoever I need to do damage at that particular time, and it seems to be working well for me so far
Of course this does mean you need to remember to do this micromanaging whenever you swap chars, but the benefits are quite worth it to be able to just whip out a fire character when you need it for a particular fight, for example.
Or you can pre farm traces and levels before you get to 40 and then farm them at 50 so you can get the purple trace items items

I have been waiting eagerly for a trailblaze power guide from you! Let's go!
I don't think this is mentioned but you can get guaranteed progression even with four stars and without spamming relics at TBL40.
And here's why you should save TB fuel for efficiency:
-First of all, you can get 5 star relics just by farming for missions in dailies and weekly pass missions.
I'm about to get to Level 40 today and this video gave me quite a good idea on what I wanna do. Thank you a lot! ♡
5:59 you said "what are you looking at IMMEDIATELY after i opened a new tab, i knew you were smart but i didn't know you were psychic

For now I have my seele with 55% critical chance and 100% critical damage
Getting a complete set of relics for your carries/main-dps (Seele, Yanqing, etc.) is too high of a power jump to NOT get at lvl 40. I went from my Seele hitting around 15-20k ults up to 35-45k just by getting the 5-star Quantum set and the Ornaments, so I do believe that getting even just one or two sets with the right main stats wouldn't be too much of a loss in stamina efficiency.
the thing is substats are pretty crazy in this game for example I have an healing set glove that I use on Seele because it has 15% crit DMG(that's 3 cit DMG rolls) on an epic relic that can't have crit as an main stat and I'm probably going to use it for quite a bit if I don't get lucky so that rules out every 4 piece from the get go
Great video thank you so much! 😊
Quantum stage is like the Crimson Witch domain of this game.
When it comes to the healing set, I may be like that because it needs to be good for Bailu, Luocha, and Natasha.
Nice guide. I been farming some traces just to boost my hyper carry Seele x Bronya team for regular content, and working on Natasha and Tingyun. I have like 8-9 characters i want to level, but i will do like you said and gear them up after i at least ascend them.
A true hypercarry team would have Bronya and Tingyun with Seele, I been doing tons of damage since I started using that team.

Best reason to farm for traces: Unlocking what is the equivalent to Genshin's "Locked Talents" Cause they can have a major effect on the flow of battle, like Welt's one locked Trace Talent increases the damage enemies take by 12% for 2 turns after eating his Ultimate.
I personally made sure I could get my main 5-6 characters I play to level 60 with 60 LCs, and with (near) max traces, just to get the sure fire upgrades as you also mentioned :)

So getting a second set for March/Fire MC, while getting some pieces for Serval :)
So far I'm really enjoying the game, can't wait for when we get to proper endgame with A6 characters and see what we can do ^^
I'd say it's proportionally efficient.

The only choice between "farm now" and "save to farm for later" is that the "later" will be... later. And later than if you farm NOW, at 40. And road to 50 will be more painful.
If you have pve then no there is no pain pain will be when they gonna add pvp between players 😂❤
A very timely guide, just hit TL40 and was kinda wondering how to min max my tp. Thanks!
The Jubelife city music in the background got me feeling mad nostalgic
Step 6 idelons .❤
However if you are grind thats fine you can do 5star on start but if you not grind.
Then recommend start from 4 stars items.
Reason is simple economy of resources.❤
Look on traces and lightcones how many resources you can lost in this time while you have to also exp chars and excedra.❤
Dont worry you get your 5 stars items later anyway.
And if have to push into 5 star items then make barrier like for example i do it only for my main team which i [mostly play].
Can’t believe that it’s been 7 months, it feels like so little time has gone by..
These guides are actually saving my account 😭😭😭
It takes 2.5 weeks to get from 40 to 50, without recharge. Whether to farm relic at 40 will depend on how much you plan to play the game during this period.

i am literally saving special warp and stellar jade just for her, shes the reason i am playing thissss
Thanks for this! Just got to lvl 40 and im so lost as to where to begin farming 😅
i will ascend like 8-10 characters(elemental/type coverage) to 60 to make a core team. then level up all their light cones to 60. then level up all their traces to at least 4 - 6. then after that use whatever naturally recovered energy to farm the relic. then repeat again the first step after i can move up to the next ascension level.
I prefer farming for ascending materials rather than relics cuz there's nothing to do even if I have god-tier relics.
I will farm relic after my 4 main character level 60, and LC 60. Not gonna burn any stamina with jade or pot. Just with daily stamina.
Thank you. I'm at 43 and don't know what to do.
0:38 Overgeared, I loved that manhwa before.
being f2p, I did it all backward.
And then the same happens again at 70 and 80 and 90 and forever
Long story short, use the powders right now if you want fast progression, or if you have limited played time and are happy to wait then dont use them.
Building all my character equally is my goal even since GI😂😂
Honestly for relics at this stage, on a piece with fixed stats (hat/glove) maybe aim for 1-2 substats on the right set (gold ideally, purple works), while on a rng piece, aim for even not quite BiS stat (i.e. attack on chest instead of crit rate) plus 0-2 substat (depending on main stat accuracy) preferably in gold again but purple still works just fine. Saves you from spending TOO long right now, and lets you get some initial raw stats to help you through until you come back later (you have a lot of characters to gear for now after all)
I am still saving and just being patient waiting until I get further. I got decent gear already just going for the ascension materials.
On the contrary, if you have a Gepard, you absolutely will be using Guard of the Wuthering Snow.
In a little over a week you'll hit 60 and in doing so save about 100 purple books worth of materials and however many credits it would have cost otherwise.
much of the current content is doable already with crappy relics (outside of memory of chaos) so 40-50 shouldn't be too hard to level through while skipping relic farm
you'll get relics through echo of war and BP mission basically (8 runs/week)
Yeah.. I focused on levels, traces, and light cones for one team already, started on 2nd team so I can finally try to do floor 14 and 15 of forgotten hall
The intro immediately sent me
perfect impersonation I give it a: Braxophone impersonating welt/10
"Unless you're building Welt and Hook together" - meanwhile me, with Welt and an e6 Hook
Upgrade your 4* relics for now
Farming relics now would also give you level up material for future artifacts
got really lucky with seele's relics by burning through all my "resin cannisters", no regret
resin cannisters 😂😂
tl;dr if you use your fuel for farming at tr40 you get to tr50 earlier, letting you farm for (for example) an extra two weeks or so that would have been spent at tr40.
Either way, the power and fuel used in each case is equivalent is it not?
braxo turning into comedian. Very NICE
I see Sampo Kindness Koski I click. ☺
Traces is safer than relics.
Traces - you know the stats.
Relics - RNG
Exactly the same team that i use for grinding, sometime i swap serval with kurukururing
Im Trailblazer 45 at the moment, this helped me ease through content, can autofarm almost anything on my current trailblaze. Thank you for this guide!
None of fuel usage either early or saved up till TL40 will matter in a month
