Warm Hearted Wednesday with Molly!

Molly is happy, enriched, and thriving during her last full day of staycation! She got out of bed immediately to greet me as I brought in the balloons and was even quicker than usual about getting her medicated wet food! 😻 The floor remains free of spots and messes, and Molly is producing healthy leavings. I cleaned her box while she enjoyed her fresh wet food, kibble and water, and then I moved her enrichment items around a bit. We headed to the living room where Molly soaked up the love for a full half hour on my lap 🥰 She purred while I petted her and told her all about how beautiful she is 💖 She even fell asleep in my lap towards the end of the visit, so I very gently and lovingly carried her to bed to finish her nap. She didn't seem to mind at all, immediately relaxing and falling back asleep 💕 She's all set for the day and I'll be back this afternoon for more quality time! Heading out shortly!
Molly and I have had a lovely last afternoon visit today! She is such a sweetheart and I adore her so much 😻💞 She greeted me at the laundry room and was very vocal and affectionate while I served her dinner. She was loving her breakfast so much this morning, I unconsciously over served her a bit, and so there wasn't a full half can leftover from this morning. I thought that made for a good opportunity to use up the smidge of wet food that had been in the fridge since Damaro was home last week (the food still smelled fresh). Molly definitely agreed, she was very interested in her salmon and whitefish dinner combo this evening and I hope I haven't set myself up for failure tomorrow only serving her one flavor 😅 Molly was interested in her dinner until I started packing up the cardboard boxes in preparation for vacuuming and cleaning tomorrow. She found that intriguing and gave everything a once-over after I moved all the mats around for tonight's enrichment layout. I sat in the living room after cleaning her litterbox and waited for her to finish dinner. Thankfully, she came over to join me at the halfway point through our visit and we spent 20 minutes petting and enjoying each other's company on the recliner 🥰 Then she hopped down to go back to her dinner! 😻 We hung out on the kitchen floor together, giving Molly head rubs, until the end of our visit. Molly is all set with fresh water, kibble and wet food, and I can hardly believe tomorrow is our last visit! 🥹 I hope your travel goes smoothly tomorrow and I will be happy to visit Molly again in the afternoon if you run into any delays.
