Project 1997 BMW Z3 - First fixes and solving the issues after buying the cheapest Z3 in North-East

Buying the cheapest 1997 BMW Z3 1.9 petrol in the North-East of England has some problems, so in this video it's checking out the issues and working on solving as many as I can, as well as a simple oil service.
I also test if you can connect a standard OBD reader (iCarsoft) to the Z3, with it being 1997 it was just after the OBD II requirement for petrol engines but it seems BMW decided to fit a non-standard connector, so I purchase an adapter and try it with my iCarsoft reader. I also reset the oil service indicator and show a trick for ANY BMW of this era to reset the standard oil service indicator.
