i have one and love everything about it.....except. No suspension and it rode like a brick. (I added a suspension seat post and handlebar suspension. I also changed to a slightly wider handle bar, rear rack and front basket. Changed the brake calipers to cable operated hydraulic calipers (much nicer). And THE BIGGEST GRIPE - Heybike doesn't even sell it anymore. Not sure if it would be better with a 750 watt motor, single speed and belt drive, or not. But I would like the additional power for hills (lots of steep hills around here. It goes up ok, but you have to be ready to shift to a lower gear, and maybe a higher pa level.

A belt drive would be great, but it would bump the price quite significantly.
