The entire lake you see there is just a giant, open-air, fuel tank, and the boat has inlet grills on the bow that just suck the fuel in and consume it, kind of like how most boats suck in water for cooling. You know you're running low on fuel when you start running a ground and bottoming out on sandbars. 😂

That is awesome, been around and worked on some very big engines in my 37 years of wrenching. What I have learned is any time you have a pony motor or a secondary starting platform. You are dealing with some serious horse power and unhindered torque numbers. I would love to hear both of them doing the work.
What's even crazier is that it seems to be the exhaust gas pushing down the boat, must be in the idle position during the start up (no water moving at the back of the boat).

My car doesn't wobble at all when it fires up. the exhaust stacks are oriented perfectly to cause the boat to rock as it fires up. Exhaust thrust is real, and WW2 fighters gained multiple mph in speed as a result of it.
You keyboard guys are off stroke. Exhaust cfm may help but the harmonics of the crank causes the most deflection of the hull. Racers know this. I have a 355 sbc in a 80 Camaro that has come off jackstands on me from reving learning the hard way. That was concrete to metal frame the solid motor mounts and no give just think this boat is on water, a displaceable surface. I’d like to see it at speed for sure. Hope vids are coming.
